She is making rambunctious outbursts and clearly frustrated but the girl is authentic and honest.

I think her statement is creditable and will weight heavy on the jury regardless of her demeanor.

I wish that Florida's trial rules were like Arizona's, because then the jury could ask the witness questions after her initial testimony ends. We could get a decent feel for what they think of her by those questions. In the Arias trial, when they asked her defense witnesses questions, you knew immediately that the considered them to be full of shit, and the defense was sweating bullets.

No the judge wont. The judge will only say that as the trier of fact it is up to the jury to make that determination of credibility.

Do you know this specifically for Florida trial law? I don't know anything specific about that state's court system, but I promise you, in the last trial I watched, the Arias trial, that was part of jury instructions. Also, I just heard on the florida tv station (Orlando, WFTV)live stream I've been listening to, one of their legal experts say pretty much the same thing.

Even more to that point, the screaming stopped after the gun shot, and Zimmerman later said that he didn't know if he had shot him... so why, if he (Zimmerman) was screaming, would he stop screaming after the shot, if he wasn't sure that he had hit him?

Do you think George is going to testify? Remember, he doesn't have to, and usually murder suspects don't. If the defense has any feeling that they have put enough doubt into the juror's minds, they will beg and plead with him to stay off the stand, because like you say, his testimony may open up all kinds of rabbit holes for the state to go into.
