I know the defense lawyer is doing his job, but I can't stand defense lawyers sometime. It is angering that he has to make it look like Trayvon should not have asked why someone is following him. the cops could make or break this case. for the prosecution, the cops told zimmerman not get involved. for the defense, the cops let zimmerman go. the only reason the cops arrested zimmerman is because of public outcry. what the cops say on the stand maybe the dealbreaker.

Man, I saw Tracy tear up in the beginning of the Prosecutions opening statement. I had to get up, clear my throat and gather myself.

I felt his pain in that moment as it was written all over his face.

I was like dayum.

Defense previously agreed to allow evidence related to Zimmerman's previous 911 calls. When the prosecutor actually goes through each call with the person who keeps the 911 records to establish GZ's state of mind, defense wants it removed from evidence saying it's irrelevant. Judge even said them allowing it in the first place means they agree to its relevance.

They're recessing for the day because the judge wants both sides to research precedents for this.

Earlier, the prosecution asked the judge (successfully) to have Zimmerman's parents removed from the courtroom because they were on the witness list, and there's a sequestration rule so that a potential witness won't hear testimony that might affect their own testimony.

The defense tried to get them let back in, but the judge said no, but they're welcome in after, and only after they testify. Then the defense tried to get Trayvon's parents removed because a friend of the family said that two weeks ago, Trayvon's dad muttered "muthafucka" under his breath while he was walking past him, but the judge was like
