Something Jordan could only dream of doing. Blocking a HOF big man straight up in the Finals. This isnt Kevin Duckworth, isnt Ostertag, isnt Ervin Johnson or Vlade, but Timmy D! Theres alot to be said about ones competition.

I doubt 37 year old duncan can jump 6 inches off the ground...6-0 NBA Finals 34ppg average 6 Finals MVPs. Something Lebron could only dream of doing. not letting jason terry hold him to 17ppg on 35% shooting.. something LBJ wishes he could do.

No matter what Dallas has a chip and the way they went about it was amazing. Sweeping the world champs and beating the Heat.

Miami is the better team and if they didn't choke away game 1 they be up 3-1.

i'm not a fan of boris diaw, but he was making some good contributions in Q3.

i think boris diaw made a huge mistake when he put on all the added weight. when he carried less weight on his frame he was more versatile and a bigger threat.

Yup he put on that weight to be inside. he didn't need to do that. his lighter frame would have been a problem this series for miami cause at his peak they didn't have anyone sans lebron who cold guard him. he would be killing bosh.. or haslem.

I think with Wade's resurgence just off game 4 and Bosh adjusting to play more inside I think the Heat hit their stride and will try to match that intensity level of game 4 to game 5

That's the thing though. Wade hadnt hit 20 much less 30 all playoffs so it would be crazy for him to go back to back 30 point games or even near that. We were all calling Wade out and he finally looked like 2006 Wade and he hasn't really dont shit all series but get cooked at the 3 point like by SA... this series is just odd.. Spurs could come out and smack Miami again..... but if I had to guess (which we all are at this point), i would guess finally another close game like we had in game 1... next thing you know bum-ass Manu might actually come out and score 25 and have zero turnovers

I don't think they were THIS bad though... that team wasn't filled with superstars who seem to just sleepwalk through games sometimes.. but I do get what you are saying in that often they played down to their competition.... i wasn't frustrated with their overall play as much as just some of the stupid shit players like Wallace would do... we lost that repeat chance solely on Wallace running to the corner and leaving the inbounds man (robert fucking horry) wide open on that three...

I said before the play even happen do not leave horry. The inbounder is the most dangerous guy on the court in those situations. And behold, sheed straight up left him for NO reason. I was HOT about that shit.

True the piston didn't have the stars the heat has, but their efforts during games were similar.

If Manu comes out and balls next game I am going to shit a brick. At this point I feel like he is done got the series. And lb done stole splitters confidence.
