~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - The Miami Heat wins!

Nash> Chalmers/Cole
Tobe> Wade
MWP< Bron
Pau> Bosh
Dwight> Birdman/Haslem

Cut the bullshit man. Lakers have/had the better squad. And stop the excuses, injuries happen. Look at Wade.

Not this year on all counts except Kobe > Wade... Pau was under utilized in a bad system this year, and Dwight was a shell of his former self, even though he had great numbers...

This seasons comparisons is not on resumes but this season, and all but MWP < Bron are not clear cut Dude... So you should consider cutting the BS a little...
:hmm:

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 2 - Miami 1) ~~

Not sure why everyone is blaming LeBron... He was never the type of player everyone claims he should be... Wade is more at fault than LeBron because all that motherfucker has ever done is score, which is all he is asked to do and he doesn't do that well anymore...

Shit, LeBron guards the other teams best player (Parker/Duncan at different points in the series), is forced to basically play point guard and facilitate the offense, he had more rebounds in one game than I believe Bosh has had all series (maybe)... GTFOH with this bullshit!!! If his other 'superstars' stepped up this would be a different series...

That's what happens when you are so much better than everyone else around you, enough is never enough...

"Underutilized" and "bad system" arent acceptable excuses. This is an objective player by player analysis based on position. And i dont give a fuck if Dwight is on one leg he is a FAR better player than Birdman and Haslem and whoever else the Heat throw at the 5 spot combined! Pau is a more skilled big than Bosh, and Kobe over Wade. Even if i concede Chalmers over Nash the Lakers still have the overall advantage. The point isnt worth arguing, but to say Bron is a failure for not winning with his squad while Kobe needed game 82 just to make the fucking playoffs is laughable.

I agree for the most part. Shit is like a Cleveland rerun. However, none of that made LBJ shook when the Spurs dared him to take the mid-range J. That was on him.

I'd take Bosh over Pau anywhere on the floor any day. In the post or behind the arch...doesn't matter. Nothing Pau can do that Bosh can't do. Pau is a better passer tho.

The fact that you think Bosh is a better post player is very telling. The fact that you would even want or allow either of them behind the arch is criminal.

True, but my point is, if everyone was doing the job they should be doing (Big 3), the Spurs wouldn't have the luxury of being able to dictate to LeBron what to do... They are basically at a point that at times when Wade and Bosh are on the floor, they are playing 5 on 4 sometimes... LeBron can dominate a game in other ways (see Game 2), if he's not scoring, D Wade can't do that... Like I said earlier, Cole is more valuable to the Heat on the floor right now than Wade... My problem is with his ass, not LeBron...
:smh:

They are equally talented is my point but I'd take Bosh. Where one lacks, they balance in another area. I prefer both in the post. Bosh is more than capable. He's simply not given the opportunity in the Heat's O. Bosh can also pull defenders away from the basket was my point about the arch.

C'mon Dude, you are very good at subtly overlooking or trying to use 'bait and switch' to defend your argument... Absolutely no comparison to what LeBron had to work with and what Kobe had to work with this year, your argument to try to qualify LeBron's potential failure this season is laughable...

I was telling my buddy from Miami this earlier today. The reality is Wade needs to have his minutes cut majorly once its apparent he isnt on (you can tell after the first five minutes of a game usually). Spurs lag off him and pack the paint while daring him and Bosh to hit from 18 on out. Spo needs to start a shooter there and bring Wade off the bench at this point. Cat is a liability on both ends.

ABSOLUTELY!! Plus he's a front runner... He's been interviewed at halftime twice this finals due to his first half play, then ultimately disappears in the second half... Against Dallas there were jokes about LeBron not producing in the 4th quarter of games, where the hell are the jokes about D Wade disappearing after halftime this year!!

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 2 - Miami 1) ~~

Coach Pop is playing Wade and Lebron somewhat the same, sagging off giving them the jumper. This cancels out three threat at once:

-clean and crisp passes to post
-driving lane for wade or lebron
-offensive rebounding(which is rare always)

The Spurs were on fire...like the Hoosiers

Yup just like Manu, whatever you gets is a plus within the second unit.
It's that wild card factor, motherfuckers can blow games up and open.
I always thought Wade was this type of player. This way Lebron don't have to play all the 1st and the part of the second. Rest him with two to three minutes to end the 1st, two minutes into the second, that's damn near ten minutes when you factor in between quarters.

And it's harder for LeBron to use his advantages in the post, because outside of 15 mins in game 2, nobody is hitting SHIT, so the Spurs can sag and double team him, forcing the ball out of his hands... Basically, they aren't playing the Pacers anymore. That give the ball to LeBron and watch him work isn't going to work too often in this series...

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 2 - Miami 1) ~~

Next game bron go to come out an take at least 8 to 10 attempts in the first quarter

Fuck wade and bosh at this point them niggas can get in where they fit in cause ain't no pressure on wade or bosh

The rotation of cole, bron, miller, Allen and Birdman is prob the most effective against the spurs

The only one qualifying here is you. You note injuries, systems, underutilization, and now roster tenure. Where does it stop?

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 2 - Miami 1) ~~

That's probably what the OP meant and he just wrote it the wrong way....aint no confusion on the fact that Lebron's legacy gonna be fucked if they lose this series and he continues to play like shit

My bad on that, I meant 1 out of 3, I should have said 1 win and 2 losses.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 2 - Miami 1) ~~

Did Magic wilt under pressure in the finals too?

Magic is my favorite player of all-time besides Penny but yes he did one time. Don't you remember Tragic Johnson? But the funny thing is Magic still averaged like 21 ppg 13 apg 7 rpg 2 spg that series and people bashed him for that. Also Magic has won more than he has lost in the finals, 5 rings in 9 appearances. If Lebron was playing out of his mind this series then no one could blame him. But he is averaging 16.7 ppg 12.3 rpg 7.3 apg 38.9 FG % 23.1 3P %. His all around game has been great but his scoring has been awful. That's not to say he is the only one to blame, Bosh, Wade, and the role players have to carry their weight too. The whole team is to blame. It might be time for the Heat to cut bait with Bosh and Wade and rebuild around Lebron.

Yes. That was my point. You cant mention Bron losing two finals when your favorite ever lost twice as many.

And Bron still has time to accomplish the same. Again, my point is with you cats who act like this series will define him as if his career ends here.

My favorite also won 5 rings. If Bron wins more finals than he lost then can't anyone say nothing about it.

And you are right he still has time. But like eeww said if the Heat lose this one then Lebron will be in a big 1-3 hole. I'm not saying losing this series will define his career because he still has time to win more rings. But the media and fan backlash will be huge for the time being.

Just saw LBJ talking on ESPN a few mins ago. He had that "look". Reminds me of that close out game vs the Celtics when he was on the court with the "serious" face all game.

I think LBJ wil have 50 point 14 boards and 13 assist....and the end result wil be the Heat still losing.

Has a player of his stature ever been benched mid-finals? I probably depart from everyone right here but, if I was Spo, I wouldn't bench Wade if it guaranteed a championship. I don't think the prize is worth the price of insulting the best and most important player in franchise history (maybe excluding Mourning).

Basically, I'd be saying "it's not whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game" at my post-termination press conference.

Which is likely as well as hilarious. Hes damned if he do damned if he dont. Its just a matter of spreading the blame around or absorbing the entire hit himself.
