pretty much

sad, but true!!!..:smh::smh:

I'm not necessarily in disagreement with you I just see the situation differently and IMO Ned should have NEVER been that Naive /w a KNOWN enemy. Consider all that he and his family knew about the Lannisters, consider all that he had discovered prior to his death he was a fool not to have seriously considered betrayal, death and/or torment not only towards his family, BUT all families by the tyrant king that HE DIRECTLY helped secured on the Iron Throne by his lie and subsequent staining of his and his families name. Were you know the one whom said early YOUR WORD IS EVERYTHING in this world? Ned doesn't know this?

Ned Stark choose to "save" his family while fucking everyone else's. In the end he accomplished neither of one and all of the other..

Nah i agree. Ned SHOULDN'T have. But that's why you have to put yourself in NED'S HEAD. Not yourself in that position. Hell i doubt ANY of us modern people would make the moves ned did. People in this day and age don't have 1/25th the amount of honor someone like Ned does. I doubt most of us would've ever been Hand in the first place. But it's always been said, Ned was TOO honorable for his own good. He and Barriston are throwbacks. That's how i see them. They're men in a space and time that isn't really a place for THEM. I see him as Captain America. Just out of place. No knowledge of how dirty shit is now. He's playing by a different rule book than everyone else. And he's stubborn.

Ned was stubborn. OR he just had no clue how BAD shit was. Everyone was warning him. Ned chose to save his children, and sacrifice himself. He thought he had a deal as well. If i remember right i think the Spider told him if you just SAY you're a traitor, we'll send you to the wall and release the kids. Honorable men aren't going to sacrifice their children just to maintain a lie. You got a choice i saw it. You take the stain on your own. Believing the deal, or you get killed for sure, the kids get killed for sure. He was in an impossible spot to begin with.

But i agree with you. he should've listened to everyone from the get go. Everyone who told him this wasn't his place. Hell even Cat was like dude fuck this place lets go home. But he felt honor and duty bound to Robert. I'm curious why he didnt go to Robert from the get go.

I see it more like Robb spitting in Frey's face by backing out of his promise and then bringing his "hoe" to his home.

That would fall inline with the whole checking her out, she's so pretty etc. But it did seem premeditated regardless of if she was present or not.

I'm curious is the going conclusion that Robb and his Mom didn't see any possibility of this back-firing on them? Especially the mom considering it seemed like she knew this wasn't a dude you don't screw...

Seems strange...

Speaking of Spartacus folks can't tell me this recent episode didn't remind them of KILL THEM ALL? That episode even including killing a baby still in the womb! The real difference is we knew in Spartacus shit was going to go down and all the "bad" guys were going to die.

.

I will tell you who won't die.

Aria
Bran
Jon
Jaime lannister
The dragon chic

I haven't read the books or wiki but I am sure they will not die, btw anyone who has read the book fuck off and don't reply to this post we don't care what you know or think

Fam,

What "honorable" solider says fuck the world, "I'm just gonna protect mines" WHILE helping to unleash a monster on everyone else?

What "honorable" solider makes a deal with the devil, whom by this time he knows to be and doesn't expect to get sting?

dude what would you expect ned to do? a king's hand is not more powerful than the king. he's not gonna murder a woman and her children in their beds, and if he had to go to war, it would've been better to be out of king's landing and in winterfell wouldn't it? shit he could've joined forces with stannis.

if you mean after he was imprisoned, as far as he knew, his only option was to confess and be sent to the wall for his children's safety, had he reneged the would've killed his family. you think the little people give a fuck if joffrey is a bastard or not?

exactly the most hoe thing you could ever do in life. This Walder Frey fag basically had a nigga moment (Red Wedding). Its like He and Robb were in the club and Robb stepped on his new gators (not marrying his daughter), so to remedy this Walder steps on his gators and send the goons to kill you and yours after the club lets out :smh:

I see it more like Robb spitting in Frey's face by backing out of his promise and then bringing his "hoe" to his home.

Peace,

It's not just the slight. ( Which in their world would make your house look weak ). It's not just Frey wanted a Queen in Kings Landing or in the North.

It's about the war. Robb was done, half his Northmen gone and he comes to Frey not only as an OATH BREAKER,( Again not a good look in Westeros, one of the most hated things ). But as a begger king. " Please kind Frey, lend me your army!? "

This ain't, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

Fuck you, fuck ya homies, fuck you moms, fuck ya wife, fuck my wife, I'll buy another, where the fuck is blackfish!?

Frey decided to stick with the winners who write the history books and the money.

That scene when Bolton refused to drink w/ Jaimie and Brienne is funny in retrospect. Jaimie even said something like "You realize how suspect that makes you look right?" :lol

cuz he didn't want rob putting cercei and the childrens' heads on spikes

Fair enough,

I'm just saying these are the type of people to literally fuck each other and create bastard kids and have no quems about throwing you son out a fucking window while drinking your water and eating your food.

We as an audience only saw a little of their evil while Ned and his family and history have seen alot more..

But, thats just it isn't it? Jeoffery wasn't the undisputed "king" was he? But, Neds POWERFUL lie(WORD) helped solidify him.

Let me ask you this had Ned chosen death for himself and his daughters and had chosen the side of truth (Jeoffery is a Bastard).

Are we still talking about "King" Jeffoery? or is his reign likely over before it even started? Remember what a person WORD means during these times.

Everyone in the kingdom have heard the rumors of Jeofery and what difference has it made? Even though everyone knows he is a rich brat with the backing of the lannisters who is going to try anything

the dragon bitch annoys the fuck outta me, i don't get why her character is so popular, and while i was shocked about the ending i felt so remorse for rob, u cant go around breaking ur word that u swear in another mans castle, rob was only popular to viewers cause we all liked his father and wanted him to get some form of revenge but if u look at his character he was flawed, he made dumb move after dumb move repeatedly :smh:

I totally get ya. I just think people are harsh on Ned without understanding his character is all. Ned shouldn't have ever taken the damn title. Never. But we can say that. NOW. lol Even though Cat said it THEN.

Really? You don't get why a blonde white skinny girl who gets naked all the time is popular? *Sideeye*

And about Rob he was flawed because he's human. And he's a teenager. lol ya'll act like you would've been so much better.

and tical, remember that stannis is considered by many to be an 'honorable' person as well; just a lot more practical than ned. his whole ticket is that joffrey is a product of incest and you still had people fighting against him. cercei destroyed the evidence and after they destroyed neds credibility, nobody is going to openly oppose joffrey (except stannis and renley).the little people don't give a fuck who's ruling as long as they can get through their meager existence, and the noblemen don't give a fuck as long as they can position their houses to benefit.

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
