Guessing Tsunade gave it to her because she is her disciple
I think it's a technique. The diamond appears after you've stored up the chakra. Tsunades disappeared after using it.

Sakura is no chakra genius, she is just a average ninja. Naruto is a clutz which is why it looked like she was good. Re-read or watch the chapters where Naruto is doing his sage training. He is a master in the chakra arts now. Since his serious training start dude has been a beast he is just a slow learner, not only is he controling the Jubi's Chakra he is in Sage mode with shadow clones. If thats not mastery I don't know what is. Because it's been Naruto's thing. Do you believe that the guy who's mastered Sage mode can't do Rasengan without clones but could do It with one finger in bijuu mode? He always uses shadow clones and it's an easy way to keep them relevant.

I'm saying he can do Rasengan without another clone. The normal Rasengan. Not that giant one he was trying to do with bee. I was referring to the little one on his finger. I still believe it's the author keeping the wagon going. Not to mention when he went into tails mode fighting Sasuke he was able to do a Rasengan on one hand. And I thought he was drunk on power.. My whole point is about Chakra control,I was using Naruto because I've never saw him used Rasengan with one hand,..and it has everything to do with chakra control...Kakashi and Jiraiya mentioned this a few times
Hell,when he did his training with Killer Bee,he had trouble doing the Tailed Beast Ball in his Kyuubi form,the only reason why he did is because Killer Bee told him is similar to Rasengan...
He used it in the fight vs Sasuke before they did their decisive clash as kids. He was in tails mode.
I could of swore they said mastering sage mode takes a crazy amount of chakra control.
