{--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 4 - Pacers 3--}

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

and this is why anderson was on the free agent list for so long

wow
if anderson don't get tossed for this shit.

for the first time in his life tyler didn't even do shit
Tyler's a dirty bastard. Im sure he was doing alot of little shit the cameras missed.

Tyler is the dirtiest ball player in the league.
fixed.

Man. Wade looks like a fucking BUM out there.
Looks? Still waiting on brickwalls rebuttal.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

Lebron is scared to attack the basket. He had the ball in the paint and passed out of the paint.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

i would've taken chris anderson out 2 minutes ago.

i'm taking my chances with udonis haslem.

did steve kerr just point out what i pointed out 10 minutes ago?

as i type this, reggie miller is asking about UD.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

...Well then that's where it should have ended imho.

Check my post history, I ain't never been the one to gripe about the refs but I don't think I would've ejected Birdman for that. I'm not sure if I would have ejected Mohammed for that matter neither.

:dunno:

but this is where cosistency comes in.

and this is where the differences can be shown and pointed out.

tyler shouldn't have gotten a tech at all.

i can even accept them not throwing out birdman but tyler got a tech for getting hip checked and then shoved

Hibbert got him shook.

It reminds me of how Tyson Chandler had him scared of going into the paint in the 2011 finals.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

WTF?!?! Is the court slippery on the Heat's side in the paint or some shit?!?!

Heat gonna win by double digits, because the Pacers never got their role players going in the first half. That'll come back to haunt them.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

That's a damn shame man :smh:

Lebron still goes through prolonged mental laspses. The last two games he's turned into jump-shooting Lebron again. He's doing exactly what Indiana wants him to do....shoot jump shots and stay out of the paint :smh:

it's like he forgets he's the best player on the floor and no one can stop him from getting to the basket.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

Paul George is way too in love with the 3 the past few games

yup
he's proven he can get by whoever.
just go to the rim and pass it to the big man for an easy 2

everything works when they go inside. they score. get fouled or get boards then score and get fouled.

when they shoot long jumpers out of rhythm miami can run

when they pass it in and pass it out its open and it goes in

doesn't make sense not to do it its incredibly frustrating to watch them not do it at times

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

Reggie spent his whole career in Indiana & Kerr made his name wit the Bulls and the Heat just sent them fishing. Why do they get to call this game? Van Gundy >>>>

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

Sorry for the delay brickwall. Totally forgot about our exchange until i went back in this thread.

I have no problem with having the burden of proof. I merely asked if you disputing a fact before proceeding. It was actually a opportunity for you to adjust your stance and concede the point that the guy is a terrible shooter. And actually i was wrong. After doing a quick google search, i discovered that my initial figure of 38% was far too generous. He is actually hovering around 35% outside of the paint. That my friend, is atrocious. No wonder you attempted to assign a 3point argument to me in efforts to mitigate the damage.

http://stats.nba.com/playerStats.ht...plitsShooting&MeasureType=Base&PerMode=Totals

Now, lets not try to spin this into a comparative analysis of what i think "most swingman" shoot or what i want him to shoot. Lets deal with basic facts of this exchange between you and I first and foremost. Here is a basic recap:

1. I state that Wade is a terrible shooter.

2. You state that my assertion is a myth and offer his 50% fg% as proof.

3. I inform you that a shooting percentage should not be confused with shooting ability and offer food for thought that he is significantly lower than that from outside the point.

4. You assign a three point argument to me while asking for proof.

5. I clarify my point and debunk your accusations that i first mentioned 3point prowess.

6. You again ask for proof, and plant a subtle escape route in the event that you are wrong in the form of laying the foundation for a comparative analysis of his putrid numbers in order to explain away his futility.

Sound about right so far?

Cool. Now explain to me on what planet is a starting so-called superstar shooting guard shooting 35% from outside the paint NOT an abomination?

Escape route ? I knew his numbers ahead of time

15-19 ft his shooting is 43 percent this season again that's not bad shooting from the mid range and trying to bring up 3 pts shots to migate the damage ? no that would be be adding to it as his 3pt are worst than any of his other shooting

I obviously moved on from saying you said the 3pt shooting shit ,but you keep bringing it up

Not a good look for you to say he's shooting 35 percent using his 20-24 ft range for this season it's really 36 percent you know people round stats right ? 35.9 = 36.. don't take that percentage from me

btw 36 percent from 20-24 isn't the worst I just checked some all time legends ..His airness has seasons of 38,39,40,41 from that range.. not like many are hitting 45-48 from that range it's way players are told to take smart shots... get closer to the rim ,switch it up.. these contested shots.. ,so getting high percentages when you're facing the best defense has to throw at you it s a hefty task

everyone who knows wade knows hes' always been a damn good mid range shooting and closer

Me asking what do you think the average wing players are shooting isn't trying to change nothing , I'm asking because for something to be bad, there has to be average and good, great etc correct ?

for you to say he's terrible ... I have to compare him to who you think is good to great ? correct ?

I never once said d wade was a great shooter ,but for you to call him "terrible" is disingenuous

he's a decent shooter not terrible Is he Stephen Curry ? hell no ,but he's not a "terrible shooter"

I can't convince you wade is not a terrible shooter ,so I'm not going to continue to try

talking no matter what he said don't mean nothing compared to actually doing some shit

and im sure if he had they would've shown it. they both white so no media favoritism for this one

Except now he's not just standing in the corner. But he's definitely let Hibbert dictate his play.

the pacers role players almost never play well.

the key is the pace and the paint.

ain't no running if the game is slowed down period

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

man hibbert needs to hook up with hakeem this summer

can you imagine son next year after that training

:eek:

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

D Wade... 1-6 from the field in the first half, 5 pts... Roy Jones syndrome...

I think LeBron will adjust more in the second half, look to score more, even with the stagnant offense, no one can guard him especially if he mixes his offense up.

Sad thing is, for the better part of all 5 games, the Heat have played like this, role players aren't giving them shit!!!

Bosh is doing a good job on West, but West has missed some bunnies too, don't plan on that continuing in the 2nd Half.

Chalmers played better, more aggressive, actually outplayed Hill out there...

XFactors in the second half, will be the play of George Hill and the play of Ray Allen... If both of them plays their games, it opens things up for Lebron, and Hibbert and George...

Looks like the Pacers have the advantages going into the second half though... Because Hill has shown the ability to play better in this series better than Allen...

IF LeBron resigns with the Heat after next season, seeing Wades obvious decline, he's a damn fool...
:hmm:

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

Obviously....LBJ is the only Heat big body that can consistently defend against other athletic big bodies.

It'll be a miracle if Bosh stays a Heat in the near future.
Nigga is super soft. Not rebounding, not scoring (except 10000 feet away from the paint at the 3 point line), etc etc.

Wade....watch how his knee wil be used as an excuse for his bad play.

You heat has no team that shows up every night....when it pertains to consistency...all they have is one good player ....thats it!!!

The only way the Heat wil win this series is if the refs help them.

Answer this....how many calls does lbj get when he drives to the rim? Refs are swallowing the whistle. For miami anyway.

And that's why he should never be compared to MJ......its like comparing Albert Einstein to Alexander graham bell....if they lose this series he better build a bomb shelter for the critics are coming.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

This is still a scary game for Indiana. It seems like they outplayed Miami enough to be up double digits easy.... they dominated too much to only be up 4.

He's gotten none yet. There were a couple that he could have gotten but you still have to keep attacking.

Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 2- 2--}

Andersen didn't get ejected for that?

I don't wanna hear SHIT!!! :lol: And they gave Tyler the same tech?

I know it's old, but I just got home

Heat players got an anti-ejection clause in the playoffs lol

Hibbert is playing well but that a vs. Miami thing. He gets punked by 7 footers like Bogut. LeBron has to attack the rim like Shawn Kemp or they're going fishing.

There's a big difference between tactics and strategy. Tactics are when you react to what the opponent does. Strategy is when you have a plan of attack and stick to it. Indy has a strategy Miami is using tactics
