Heat fans have a right gripe but just remember... those SAME refs... are the ones who let D.WADE... BLATANTLY THROW A FLYING ELBOW AT STEPHENSON'S HEAD... :yes:

Anybody else... would have been gone in that game... and they would have caught a suspension too... :yes:

When they win nigga quiet as a mouse.... So now all he is relegated too is calling nights bitches for pointing out the obvious ineptness of the officiating on both sides of the ball but as long as the heat get the Short end of the stick he in here yappin :lol:

HEY... Game #6 did it for me with the refs... 18 fouls vs 46 fouls... even that AMAR'E jump ball was foul... but there's no use crying over spilled milk... :dunno:

Yeah. I don't think the absolute number of fouls called is the issue (in terms of free throws) in so much as how the refs are dictating pace. The games rarely get into a flow because every possession a whistle is blown. This is where coaching is important. It's Coach Spo's responsibility to make the adjustments.

How is Miami "300 times" better but yet the Pacers seem to play Miami better than most other teams in the East? Refs didn't cause your "elite supporting cast" to not be so "elite" this game did they?

Pacers had y'all down 2-1 last year so that should let you know that you're not that much better because if that was the case this series would be a sweep.

Great teams win DESPITE poor officiating.

that's all the series is and has been a game of pace.

so when i disagreed with you about pacers playing their best they could play, i disagreed because it isn't the best they could play. they still lacked scoring from the bench and others. HOWEVER the pace is what they need it to be to win.

playing their best they could play would be them beating miami at their own game. running and gunning and shooting 3's and miami having off nights while the game favored miami's style. then i'd agree.

but miami has those off nights because of the pacers style that they get the game into.

same as when miami is running and gunning the pacers can't play the style they want to and miami beats them..

whoever dictates the pace for 2 more times wins this series.

the evidence supports that.

big men who play in the post have always shot a heavy volume of ft's and the pacers have 1 real big man and another mini big man who live there and get to the line.

its been like this forever in the nba. so its no surprise. who are the leading ft shooters in attempts for the pacers?

last night was joey crawford being allowed to ruin another playoff game. its a travesty he still is employed at the highest level. i wouldn't even want him coaching high school.

The only issue is that the refs are dictating the pace as much as Indiana is. However, if you are clearly the better team, you have to get around it. I think the refs fucked up the Miami vs OKC series. Although Miami was going to win anyway the bs fouls on Durant made is nearly impossible for OKC. I just don't like the refs having too much influence on the games. Seems like they are just quick to blow the whistle on any and everything.

don't even get me started on the okc finals lol. but i just lean more towards indiana determination to get into the paint more than the refs up to last game which was horrible for both teams.

cause when indiana doesn't miami runs and they lose.

even in the blowout me and you saw it. they just didn't do it and got blown out. when they made any run they weren't getting some phantom fouls, they just simply were working from the post.
