Enjoy the fights today, everyone. The UFC has done a very good job lining up these tv cards on FOX (especially the past 2 - 3 events, this one included). Plenty of good names ... cats that bring exciting fights ... and title fights mixed in as well (Henderson/Diaz last time ... Henderson/Melendez this time). Henderson's done a good job making his name on Fox as well as he was the co-main vs. Clay Guida back in Nov. 2011 on the 1st Velasquez/JDS card. But yo ... that said ...

1pm PST / 4pm EST - i.e. - in a few minutes = 2 prelims on FACEBOOK - https://www.facebook.com/UFC/app_247211121995467

2pm PST / 5pm EST - 3 hours of televised prelims on Fuel/FX or whatever in the States, and Sportsnet in Canada ... good names on there including Masvidal, Dillashaw, Benavidez, and more.

5pm PST / 8pm EST = 2 - 2.5 hours of main card action on big FOX.

Not quite sure, bro. I know they do the live Youtube stream for their post-fight pressers, but unclear about if they also stream their FB prelims over the YT platform.

A lot of great fighters on this card.Wonder if they can keep it entertaining like last weeks card which was off tha fucking hook from prelims all tha way to tha main card.
Lot of brothers on this card to.Hate seeing them fight each other though.

I'm pulling for Gil. I'm really interested to see if Benson can handle his pressure. He's not gonna zone out like Diaz. I like Noons and Diaz, I don't even want to see them fight, but it is what it is. To me this is it for Frank Mir. If he can pull this off he has new life, but D.C. was a real problem in Strikeforce, Mir better hope experience and Octagon jitters are real factors. Great card, especially for free.

These dudes having to get naked to make weight. It really just shows that they should be up a class. Benson gonna have to cut off a leg if he stays at lw.

I hear you ... Roger Bowling was the 2nd fight on the prelims and cut down from 170 to 155lb class recently. People online were saying he was easily one of the most heavily-muscled 155lbers out there. Similar to champ Benson Henderson ... he's gotta be cutting down from around 185 - 195 given his frame. Very compact with legs that could rival most football players or sprinters, as is often pointed out. Guys like Anderson and Chael cutting down quite a bit when they compete at 185. Chael still cutting down from 225 - 235 to make 205 against Jones (who cuts from 220 - 230 himself). Wild. Gotta be so hard on your system & just overall physiologically during weight cutting build-up or the final week (with all the media requirements on the fighters too). All you want to do is curl up in a ball and sleep/hide/sweat those final pounds off in the sauna.

Sure thing, brother. They've been delivering with their TV cards quite often, and funnily enough this card here is probably more fun on paper than next week's actual PPV event.

On a side note ... Gilbert Melendez's fiance (and mother of their child) has long been one of the finest in the game in recent years. Just my $0.02.

Cats have figured the Diaz brothers out, make them chase you and take them down on occasion. they are not athletic enough to chase you and don't have enough power to hurt you when they do catch you.
