a year ago we were both fat, i had no room to talk then. got myself in shape, she tried, then fell off the wagon. i got in better shape and i look 23 again, so now i aint seen her eat in like 3 days.

women know that other women might get attracted to you bc of how you look... but they also worry about other women approaching their man when he's in a nice car, has a good job, is groomed-up properly... and esp. how he interacts with his kids.

Been off and on with my woman for 2 years. Took her on a short hike when we first starting going out. I damn near had to have her airlifted of the mountain after 1/2 mile in. :smh: We haven't worked out together since. She's not fat but she damn sure isn't in shape. She's slim with a little extra fat around the stomach if you know what I mean. Funny thing is that she was like 30 lbs heavier when I met her. I didn't get with her until she dropped that weight though. It just happened to work out that way. Wasn't intentional. lol

My weight fluctuates. During the summer I drop like 20+ lbs each year. As winter approaches, I go the opposite direction. My ass is glued to the couch during football season. :(

to be honest my girl is 5'8 145-50 she is bottom heavy so you can visually see where her weight goes, recently its been going to her tits tho :yes: so im all good. she gets her metabolism from her dad and dude is 50+ and weighs like 160-70. her mom is heavy and her lil sis is too so i see her mom genes seem to have skipped her. but my girl dislikes fat bitches and they are heavy in bmore (pun intended)

you gotta be a real man and set an example like a couple of posters said. my girl and i go on 2-3 mile walks. i help her do sit-ups and she does the same with me. these other niggas talkin bout lil wayne leading their love lives obviously are lonely because everyone gains weight with age. its just how u handle it as a couple.

:dunno: maybe it was the altitude more than her physical well-being.

i'm from La...at sea level and below (in NOLa). when i go to cali to visit friends who live in the mountains, i have to lay down for a while to get used to the altitude.

Nope. She's had some fluctuations over the years especially early when we had a couple failed pregnancies (up to a size 12). But in the last few years she's been really working to keep her weight and shape together. She had gotten down to a size 2 but I think 5 is an easier size for her to maintain.

Come man fam, look at all the guys on here who are in their late 30's and 40's who brag about being single with no kids. You got these grown ass man still having to do their own laundry and cooking their own meals while spending their weekends alone talking shit online acting like that is cool. Now cooking and cleaning aren't the biggest tasks but I've had chics who weren't my mother or relative doing all that shit for me since my early twenties.

I know a guy who did that, mid 30's and he didn't like living that way at all. Somethings aren't very everyone. These guys are bitter and angry at life. But they're content to be that way. Because they can't be any other way.

My wife is Korean so Fat is not in her DNA. Even after kids she went back to the same size in like 2 weeks. Only her stomach got a little bigger but went down mad quick. It's usually Mexican and White women who get that barrel shape after pregnancy unless they rich and got trainers or get lipo.

whereas getting/being in shape is about discomfort, denial, discipline...especially as time goes on

everybody is different...and its tough to keep the pounds off as we get older. as long as each party is clear about what they want for themselves (as well as each other) it can work...

letting yourself go is also a lack of consideration for your partner...both ways
