She was also there when Obito died and mabey she blamed the 4th Hokage for letting Obito die. She also could have taken Obito's eye after they left.
This could make for a really big WTF moment. They never explained as far as I know how she died, so perhaps Kakashi will explain this soon.

Yep it makes no sense for him to be Obito but its most likely him. It would explain where Kakashi got his Mangekyo, I'm guessing when Obito gained the Mangekyo his other eye in Kakashi gained it too which is why they never explained how Kakashi got it
I'd like to hope that Tobi only had ONE eye, right up until the moment he managed to get his hands on Nagato's body and took/harvested the Rinnegan and had that implanted in the vacant socket.

Maybe somehow he took over Obito's body or something, who the hell knows. Atleast next week we'll get to see his face and maybe get some answers

If it's Obito, I'm thinking someone found him and helped him out. The dimension his eye leads to must have a different time dilation (time runs faster) for him to be that old.

Fugaku's wife is the only person to see Naruto's mother leaving the village when she departed for the secret location to give birth. Later that night, She and Fugaku are nowhere to be found during the 9 tails attack.
Tobi went out of his way to make sure Danzo died. Personal vandetta.
Tobi goes out of his way to save sasuke everytime he was in danger once itachi was dead.
Fugaku most beloved family member is Sasuke. That's what Sasuke's mother revealed to Sasuke.
Therefore Sasuke is the person he kills to obtain his perfect eyes. Which is why he manipulated sasuke into harboring negative feeling towards Itachi, because Itachi is Sasuke most beloved person. Therefore he gains the powers of sasuke and itachi.
Fugaku was suspected by Anbu of being behind the nine tails attack.
Fugaku was planning on staging a coup on konoha when he was "killed" along with the rest of his clan.
The hidden manuscript in the uchiha clan temple revealed how the sharigan can control the nine tails. Thus is proof that he did just that when he attack the village years before. He also would know that would style was good at controlling the 9 tails. He would have the best access out of anyone to get the 1st Hokage's cells (Orochimaru was in Akatsuki) and Orochimaru implanted Sarutobi Senju cells in danzo,he could have done the same for Tobi(which is also why Kabuto knows he was'nt Maadara the whole time). Orochimaru knows this which is why he is going to bring Sasuke "somewhere he knows really well". Also another reason Tobi wanted to see danzo die himself was we know that Danzo was mainly responsible for turning Itachi against the entire clan and having them killed. He could have faked his death with a Zetsu clone,on top of that it could also be the reason he has a huge collection of his clans eyes. It's also one of the only ways it will make sense for Sasuke to stay relevant and be redeemed in the story line.

Honestly these chapters have been entertaining, wish naruto and tobi could provide more offensive variety, but I'm still satisfied.

They were alluding to it, if you look carefully you'll see its 'basic' jealousy and to 'quote' a term we use here in Trinidad 'He tote feelings' with the fact that Kakashi was better than him, the girl he loved didn't love him, the fact that he was a Uchica and wanted to become Hokage yet lost to Guy and couldn't advance to a Jounin was all there. My main gripe, however, is the fact that who trained Obito to 'enact' his revenge, he was a very shitty ninja, who was always crying and unable to make decisive decisions, now we've got a man who's able to stand on 'equal footing' with the 4th, even more so, how the hell can he be in the 'past and present'? Biggest bag of bullshit that I've ever read in a minute though!
The last part is what im interested, who trained and molded the obito we see today. I could care less about the whole rin tning, because it was covered perfectly in flash back before padt 2 started. At this point i just want an interesting story i dont care if events dont match up any more

His body was most likely recovered by zetsu. I still see no reason why he would be seeking revenge.
