Yeah thanks. I grew up eating McDonalds, drinking sodas and all sorts of poisonous shit they pumped kids in the 80's and 90's. After a lifetime of that, I need to detox with distilled water for at least a few years to totally get those toxins out my body. I know I'm not the only one.
True but a brotha like me needs to get rid of these toxins first. Then I can concentrate of mineral waters later. There's an alkaline water store down the street from. I'll be fucking with that when I'm done with the distilled water exercise.
Yeah I've read about this too!!!! There's mad shit the sun can revitalize, including our own bodies by gazing into it during sunrise or sunset. We could get those same minerals and nutrients that plants, fruits and veggies get from the sun straight into our bodies without the middle man of having to eat fruits and veggies. Damn with this information the possibilities are limitless!!!

Real shit though. I'll be fucking with that alkaline water too. Read some really dope shit about alkaline. I have an alkaline chart on my phone that has all the fruits and veggies that has alkaline in them (watermelon, bananas, cucumbers, to name a few) as well as the fruits and veggies that are acidic (oranges, apples to name a couple). I been smashing watermelons all summer!!!!! 
Alkaline as we all know is electricity, I read in a scientific book about how our blood cells can revitalize with light ie electricity. This means that enough "light" in our cells could cure ANY disease including cancer. So in other words, alkaline foods and waters can cure cancer!!!!!

I know they say alkaline water arms your immune system to help fight diseases. I know the basics: the more acidic your body is the more attractive it is to cancer etc. but you broke down some shit that I never conceptualized with the light and electricity and shit

Most companies that bottle water now use normal tap water, filter it and put it in a bottle. I didn't believe that shit until we had a Deer Park water cooler at work that was serviced and changed to Nestlé water. The taste difference was very noticeable coming from the same tap water source.
I've been drinking distilled water every day for many years now and I'm doing fine. I read both the pros and cons of the so-called 'negative effects' of prolonged consumption and came to the conclusion that most of the naysayer's arguments were either exaggerated or contained flat out myths that has been repeated over and over again.

chlorine is added to tap water.
chlorine is not good for you, to say the least.
tap water contains fluoride, again something that i read can have negative
effects on your body.
different water taste different, as well.
all water is not the same!
Despite which water is best, it's probably best to try to get folks to drink more water period than worry which is most beneficial.

i actually had a job where i had to test the tap water at a food processing plant as a quality tech... i think my practical experiences would go a little farther than what one would read on the net or hear from a talking head...

You can't just say water is water. You need to travel more when you get to cities like Jacksonville and New Orleans you'll buy bottled water I guarantee it. Water in some cities just doesn't taste good and filtering it won't change a thing. I love both cities but their water is horrible.

i dont have anything against bottled water... i buy it by the case and i have it delivered to the house in five gallon jugs.
I read some article from some dude who was urging folks to drink more water and he said the same, the source of it was not significant. I'm with you on this one...
whats the true deal with flouride, tho? Hearing totally diff things. Scientists and those still plugged into the Matrix say it damages us. Dick Gregory has said in the past "when has the Government ever given u ANYTHING for free that didnt have damaging affects?" i cant find proof but when I mention this bammas look at me like i just left planet spook. Lot of knowledge here, just wondering what the consensus is
What are you, 16,17...? I don't know about you but I pay a water BILL. Where are you getting this free water from the government?
when you and i were growing up we drank tap water got vaccinated ate foods that were non organic and so on and we turned out fine now today people are saying dont give the kids this and dont give the kids that and just judging on what i see from working at a school the kids systems are weaker...
so is there some kind of correlation between how we were and how we are now???
