This season should be good. Hopefully Mike knocks off a bunch of people, and Walt/Jesse keeps the money coming in. That interrogation scene with Hank/Gomez and Mike was pretty good from episode 2.

Agreed. The adjustment of the tie and that camera angle ... many people were like - "How the FUCK did Gus withstand that bomb explosion at close range?" Until they saw the OTHER SIDE of his face
that shit was gangsta, just watched that last night. I had purposely waited until season 5 started before watching the last to eps of season 4 so I would not be fiending for season 5 to start.

i have a friend who i've been trying to get to watch this for a while now but he's one of those ppl that lies & says "oh, i tried to get into it but it wasn't any good". he also talks in the middle of & asks questions while watching shit....same w/ if he's reading something in front of me so he can be a bit annoying. i showed him this scene last week, i know it's giving away a lot but you gotta go all out to some ppl, & i swear, he started yapping about Hector w/ the bell, why isn't he scared, wow he (Gus) looks older (which was infuriating cause i guess the last time he saw him was on School Daze),
& after the explosion, "you mean to tell me he survived that.....oh ok, i see he dies". i'll never make the mistake of showing him clips anymre while i'm standing there.

I hear you on that, man. Some people just don't get it. The best way I was able to convince some friends and family to get on board was by showing them some of the select YOUTUBE clips (compilations from fans). They're so well-done. Also ... showing them scenes like SEASON 3 - EPISODES 7 and 13. The scenes in question being the shootout with Hank and the twins in the parking lot in ONE MINUTE ... as well as at the end of the season with WALT ordering Jesse - "Do it, Jesse ... do it now!" to take off on over to Gayle's house to kill him in order to show Mike and his sidekick that he (Walt) means business, and isn't to be fucked with. As well as the FLASHBACK scene with Gus and his business partner with the cartel in SEASON 4, as well as the scene where Gus knocks off Hector's ENTIRE CREW with the poison. Those scenes will sell even the most hardened critic or "I can't get into this show!" head

Agreed. At this point in his life he's done so much bad shit the past 2 years of his life, it's hard to feel sorry for him as a cancer patient who is TRYING to provide for his family's future. He's already broken bad so long ago it's hard to root for him anymore. Like Gilligan and Cranston were saying ... they're testing the audience to see how long people will stay on board. Many people long ago saying "Fuck Walt!" considering all the grimy shit he's been directly and indirectly involved with. Hard to believe he was such a walk-over, high school chemistry teacher just a few years back. He crossed over to the Darkside as soon as him and Jesse went full tilt into all this ... and have since met Tuco, the twins, Hector, Mike, Gus, Lydia and others along the way in this fucked up journey of theirs.

Some interesting details on Tuco (Raymond Cruz). I remember hearing on the Breaking Bad Insider podcast, or on the Breaking Good one last year that they had a BIGGER role planned for his character as one of the main villains, but they weren't able to write in him further into the story arc as he had another commitment or two that he had to attend to on another series or a movie. Believe it was tv-based. Otherwise he would have been around longer
