Young Buck is in SERIOUS trouble -- the rapper has been evicted from his Tennessee mansion ... AND the I.R.S is still on his ass for more than $300k in unpaid taxes.

TMZ has learned ... the former G-Unit rapper was ordered to vacate his 5,000 square foot home by May 16th.

The details surrounding the eviction are unclear -- however, court docs show the judge in Buck's bankruptcy case signed off on the sale of the house ... and ordered that the proceeds go towards paying off his massive $333,975.69 debt to Uncle Sam.

Sources tell us ... the rapper -- who bought the house in 2004 -- was spotted earlier this week carrying boxes and removing all of his stuff from the residence.

It's just the latest in a sad series of problems for the rapper ... who filed for bankruptcy back in 2010 ... and was SHOT AT 11 TIMES back in March.

We reached out to Buck for comment -- so far, no response.

There is absolutely nothing he did that should result in 50 screwing him to this level. Yeah, Buck caused this on himself, for the most part, and deserves repercussions for his choices. But, damn, 50... Let the man eat, son. :smh:

How are you an established star, not taking care of business? These rappers are full of shit.

This isn't batman, you don't let your enemies come back for next week episode to wage the same tired battle.

Sad indeed and I'd never wanna see anyone homeless but....I still don't understand why these dudes run out and buy mansions, lambo's and jewels totally millions of dollars, just because they have a hit record.
Drop that money into something that will continue to bring income. Quarter million dollar chains and as you're leaving the parking log, the jeweler is  at your ass because he knows that he'll get the chain back at a fraction of what he sold it to for once you're broke.
I just don't get it. :smh:

...why you blaming 50? He made money and wasted it. That's on Buck.

All this fuck shit 50 does to his former so called crew is the primary reason his ass fell off...$$ wise he's not as smart as i had thought..too fucking emotional...suge, diddy, & baby im sure didnt like some of the niggaz on their labels im sure..but there was no way they were gonna stop a cash cow..Buck was a very marketable artist especially compare to Banks & yayo

How you gonna blame 50 when the only reason he could afford a mansion in the first place was cuz of 50. Then ontop of that 50 even paid Buck's delinquent taxes the first time...so 50 showed that he's a real cat.

does he absolutely positively have to be a rapper to make money????:dunno:

Where tha fuck was he at for niggaz to be shooting at him????

I didn't even know he still had a mansion with all tha financial trouble hes in.

Young Buck is far from the level of an "enemy" to 50's Batman. This is like Batman harboring a lifelong vendetta against Bruce Wayne's disgruntled former gardener.

5 star rating? really, man? dudes take joy out of another man's struggle that much, huh. what kind of fuckass existence are you living that it makes you happy to see another black man (assuming you mufukkas are black) going through a tough time? i hope the boy buck comes through all this. he made some mistakes but its not too late for him

meh. we don't really know if he's 'homeless'. dude could have an apt to lay his head in or be temp bunking with family or friends. he just had 2 get outta THAT spot

Dude want to stay on the block and fuck with that nose candy. Dudes don't understand that rap money is seed money. While you're making dough use that to move on to other things.

He's about to get 'temp bunking' alright. Nigga is about to go to jail.

Buck has to learn how to control his own finances, with that said rollie fingaz is still a beeyatch for defending 50 cents :smh::smh:

Perhaps you missed the part where I said, "Yeah, Buck caused this on himself, for the most part, and deserves repercussions for his choices." :dunno:

Who said I "blame 50" for him losing the money. I said "let the man eat", meaning let him earn a living and tax him if you have to, but, don't block the man from recording/releasing music with anyone else, and refuse to release his music yourself. Buck ain't that serious. This is starting to come off as a fat kid burning and ant with a magnifying glass.

C'mon, bruh. Of course he can work at In & Out Burger, but, that's got nothing to do with what MY point is. I'M saying he should be allowed to pursue his actual trade. Whatever else he can do for money is irrelevant to my point, because I'm talking about his craft, not just his income (or lack there of).

BREAKING: Young Buck Headed To Prison, "It's A Good Thing I'm [Going] To The Penitentiary" [Video]

Former G-Unit member Young Buck has announced he is headed to prison for at least 60 days, but withholds key details.

Buck announced the breaking news through a video clip this weekend.

Perhaps you missed the part where I said, "Yeah, Buck caused this on himself, for the most part, and deserves repercussions for his choices." :dunno:

Actually I didn't. The parts I was referring to were:

There is absolutely nothing he did that should result in 50 screwing him to this level.

and

But, damn, 50... Let the man eat, son.

Dude was doing mixtapes and touring. He actually said he was going to do mixtapes with Ross, IIRC.

There is absolutely nothing he did that should result in 50 screwing him to this level. Yeah, Buck caused this on himself, for the most part, and deserves repercussions for his choices. But, damn, 50... Let the man eat, son. :smh:

What's 50 Gotta do with this?

Dude's pride must eating hard at him. Selling off fancy shit he used to own for beans. I can't laugh at dude but it's hard to feel sorry for him also.
Kinda makes you wonder whether 50 knew his worth before he signed him. :smh:

Brotha Ming, Please explain to me exactly how this is 50's doing.

...why you blaming 50? He made money and wasted it. That's on Buck.

Exactly! 50 threw him a bone yet he tried to front like he could do what 50 did instead of handling his business. Remember, Curtis said that he was tired of taking care of all them MF's.
