Young Buck is in SERIOUS trouble -- the rapper has been evicted from his Tennessee mansion ... AND the I.R.S is still on his ass for more than $300k in unpaid taxes.

TMZ has learned ... the former G-Unit rapper was ordered to vacate his 5,000 square foot home by May 16th.

The details surrounding the eviction are unclear -- however, court docs show the judge in Buck's bankruptcy case signed off on the sale of the house ... and ordered that the proceeds go towards paying off his massive $333,975.69 debt to Uncle Sam.

Sources tell us ... the rapper -- who bought the house in 2004 -- was spotted earlier this week carrying boxes and removing all of his stuff from the residence.

It's just the latest in a sad series of problems for the rapper ... who filed for bankruptcy back in 2010 ... and was SHOT AT 11 TIMES back in March.

We reached out to Buck for comment -- so far, no response.

The first thing he needs to do to save himself from his calamity of bad luck is to first confess with his mouft publicly that the white man is the devil for doing this to him. He also needs to confess publicly that Master Fard Muhamamd his Almighty God Allah and Jesus Christ! It was the devil who used his IRS to take his home and rob him of taxes. The only one who can help him is the Honorable Elijah Muhammad!

Had he been a student of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad such a fate would not had befalled him. Had he been a righteous man under Almighty God Allah who is Master Fard Muhammad and not tried to fuck over 50cent he would have been in good shape.

Until he does these things he will see no retribution for his folly and he will only see more bad shit happening to him.

According to the deal, Buck agreed to plead guilty to possessing firearms and ammunition as a convicted felon.

According to legal docs filed in the case, federal agents recovered the firearms in Buck's house during a 2010 raid -- when feds busted into the house to repossess a bunch of the rapper's belongings to settle a $300,000 tax debt.

According to the docs, feds found a .40 caliber Glock 22 in Buck's home along with ammunition. As a convicted felon, Buck is prohibited from possessing ANY kinds of firearms.

As for the felony rap -- Buck was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon after stabbing some guy at the Vibe Awards in 2004.

The judge signed off on the plea deal already but won't formally sentence the rapper 'til July 13th.

It would be one thing if 50 was running up in radio stations and threatening dj's and music programmers about playing Buck's music, or stopping Buck from booking shows.
