From what I understand given some of the hints the hints that Joe Oliver has recently dropped.... Zimmerman's defense is that he was walking away from Trayvon when he was assaulted. Given the huge latitude SYG gives those who invoke it and the lack of witnesses to this one-sided bs story it seems like it will be very difficult to prosecute.

Where are the security cameras tape from the gated community? If that ****** had got hit in the head like he said it would not be like that. I got robbed and I was hit with the gun. They had to clamp the back of my head up. and blood was every where. The same with his nose. They had this tape for a while before they released it. And they are fighting hard to pull this shit thru.
All this time with what they know how to do. It is knowledgeable that they have done things like this before and got away with it. And they probably have people on all different levels that owe them a favor. That was trying to let him get away with some dirt so he would owe them no matter how powerful he got for them.

A big part of the problem is the amount of misinformation being shared/spread.

"While cautioning that the video is grainy and far from conclusive, some legal experts agreed it does raise questions about Zimmerman's story. The video was made about a half-hour after the shooting Feb. 26."

One thing I've noticed with this story... perhaps because of the sheer amount of coverage it gets, is that conflicting info seems to be the norm in the early stages of breaking news. Is Zimmerman 26 or 28? 250lbs or 170lbs? Was this video taken 35min after the arrest or 4 hours later? I'm sure we'll get a more definitive answer shortly (just as the first two questions were cleared up relatively quickly).
 
Ballistic Analysis will be the key to this case where and how was he shot. Distance, angle, entrance wound and exit wound.

if he shot this kid in the back this case is over.
 
cranrab, I think it's about 35-40 minutes after because they never took him for medical attention for that "Ass whooping" he got. :lol:
