What would be your walking dead weapon of choice

Halloween Zombie make-up kit. I'd dress up as one of them and walk amongst them freely.
I would like to have a gun or a rifle but after a period of time - if I survived long enough then a blade weapon will have to be the way to go (weapon of choices for warriors for a couple of millenia)
So after thinking it through and looking at the vid below and for what had to be done - I would go Katana

If you wanna take this up a notch in terms of threat posed against you, what weapons would you use if you were in a "28 Days/Weeks" later environment; instead of a slow ass zombie environment?

22s tend to bounce around inside a cranium, perfect for zombie noodles. and you can carry a shitload of ammo and not weigh yourself down much, nor get fatigued from recoil.

if i had a luxury of time and a high perch, i would get solid entertainment with 1 of these:
Fuck all the dumb shit, if I had to deal with zombies, I'd want to have a good ol' NC-1701 handy. I'd just sit in that baby, cruise around and blast every zombie my scanners picked up. I'd even drop bombs just to lure them in mass numbers to an area then zap them. And I'd do it all from the comfort of low Earth orbit.
And if by some chance they managed to teleport aboard, give me a few of these to disintegrate them completly.

Hmm I'd go with an axe just for its versatility and a good pair of running shoes... Try as hard as I could to make it up north cold weather slows them down quite a bit. I think having an old school 22rifle is nice too you won't fuck a zombie up but it can be what you need shoot a rabbit or a bird for food.
