 at me being an attention whore... don't hate me 'cause you ain't me brah... and a man who can give respect to another man for being about his business just means he respects himself enough to be able to do so... The fact you come in my post to tell a honey who responds positively to my post you've been trying to eat her out forever, and to call another man gay, shows the depths of your insecurity and how you need to be avoided by any woman looking for a REAL man.

MissMighty,
I have contemplated being a stripper, but I was really trying to do things on the up and up lol... that is an avenue I will probably end up taking though. When I was living in DC, there were so many avenues to get into the stripper game. Now that I am in SC, I don't know where to start. Any tips?

Heiesuke,
Believe it or not, it is a lot easier to build muscle and have the energy necessary for strenuous workouts as a raw vegan than it is as a carnivore/supplement consumer. The catalyst for being the best humans we can be holistically: mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally and sexually, is being as health as we can be. Think about it, some of the strongest most muscular animals: ox, gorilla, elephant, etc., live off of nothing but vegetation. To interject some common sense into the game, if you want to be big and strong like these animals, instead of thinking you need to eat the animal, why not simply eat what they eat. Learn from the teacher instead of eating the teacher to gain his/her knowledge. Feel me?

I know someone who's dead on with you on some of this. But i like meat. I like eating it. And i like smelling it being cooked. There should be balance. And you look short. Are you short?

What is your diet and workout regimen?

You put me to shame even at my best.

Above I was about 182lbs at 6' doing the Ketosis diet. My goal was 175lbs but I couldn't manage to lose the extra pounds. I've grown sick of the keto diet and am willing to give the vegan diet a try.

I've been hitting my traps hard the past couple months and it's paying off. These chicks automatically think I'm a football player when they see me.

Dude give ya boy some game on your ab routine. I build up pretty good myself but I've never tried to be in competition which I wouldn't mind trying but since I hit thirty and slowed down a little I noticed like a slight pudge:lol: Ive always been pretty cut. I like to think it's some over thirty shit but since Ive been back in the routine of working out I noticed the only thing getting the pudge off is jogging or basketball. give ya boy some game.

I will disregard the smart ass comments and drop some knowledge on you. I ingest nothing but fruits, vegetables, nuts, herbs and berries. I rarely eat nuts because they require so much water to digest properly and if they are not soaked overnight first, they will utilize water from you body in order to metabolize them. This will in turn cause constipation and throw off the metabolic process. So, in saying that, I focus on eating things with a high water content making fruit the foundation of my diet.

Now to be more specific and answer some anticipated questions. For breakfast, I will either make myself a fruit juice/smoothie or eat some whole fruit. The beautiful thing about the raw vegan lifestyle is I eat as much as I want when I want and there are not specific fruits ingest other than what I like the most and what I feel is best in terms of function. There are 3000 different fruits out there so you have a vast variety to choose from. Also, if you want to get even more specific and cater to your health/nutritional needs, utilize the google and just type in health benefits of (whatever fruit you are interested in). Utilizing this common tool you probably use on a regular basis to find ass or porn will do wonders in empowering you will knowledge as to what fruits you choose that are best for your and your needs.

For lunch, I try to ingest a salad, of a portion to my liking, of dark leafy vegetables like kale, spinach, arugala and supplement it with a host of other veggies that I have at my disposal. I love mushrooms, onions and olives. I personally like to make my own salad, but if I'm out, I like to hit up Chipotle and just get a salad with black beans, pinto beans, salsa, guacamole and lettuce. Yes, I know the beans are not raw in this case but if I'm on the go, cooked beans is not going to kill me, nor add additional calories, nor negatively affect me health wise.

Pre-workout meal is usually a combination of fruit that I've found has a high sugar content and are known to supply energy. I would get more specific, but again, utilizing the google as I did, you can find out which fruits are the best for preworkout. Also, instead of taking supplements for preworkout, I utilize specific herbs that have antifatigue and steroidal properties without any side effects. I would get more specific, but you can find this information out by utilizing the google or picking up a book on herbs and doing your own research.

Post workout, considering liquid absorbs into the bloodstream faster than solids, is always a fruit juice with a combination of herbs that are high in bioprotein that is easily metabolized by the body. Again, utilizing the google or just checking out the Dhealthstore youtube channel will empower you with the same knowledge I have. After drinking my post workout concoction, I usually shower then for dinner I will either eat some whole fruit or a salad. There are a lot of raw vegan recipes out there that are great alternatives to any and every meal you can eat cooked. It just takes a little research and creativity. I am lazy however and am quite satisfied with eating fruit and salads however during the week. On the weekends when I have more time and am not working out, I get more creative.

So no, I do not simply eat leaves and grass. Amazing how ignorant motherfuckers always try to make jokes to make themselves feel better about themselves while trying to belittle someone coming with TRUTH. Also as far as a workout routine is concerned, the body is holistic. So if you want to develop the entire body, you have to give each section of every muscle is due attention/stimulation. For example, the core is comprised of upper abs, lower abs, obliques and lower back muscles. Although all parts of the core are being worked regardless of what core exercise is being performed, in order to get each section to develop strength wise and cosmetically, you have to isolate and give each section rest enough to benefit from the strain you put it under.

I hope this was helpful and provided insight into how easy it is to build muscle off of a raw vegan diet. For the record, I did not post a link to this post to try to stunt. I did however wanted it to be shown that I am a living embodiment of my ideals instead of simply talking because I have lips. A condition running rampant in our society today. Folk view someone saying or doing something different as a threat and try to tear them down instead of trying to grow and benefit by gaining insight. Self empowerment through gaining knowledge is paramount and the only way to reach our full potential. Shake off chains of mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds. Free your mind, and your ass, abs, biceps, triceps, pecs, etc. will follow.

Do you eat rice or potatoes or any kind of carbs?

Also, I wanted to let you know that the pinto beans are cooked with bacon as per their website. I know you don't want that kind of stuff in your system so I'm just giving you a heads up.

Vegan Options

You should avoid our pinto beans (they are cooked with a small amount of bacon), meats (obviously), cheese, sour cream, and chipotle-honey vinaigrette.

Vegetarian Options

You should avoid our pinto beans (they are cooked with a small amount of bacon) and our meats. If you do eat dairy, our cheese is made with a vegetable-based rennet, and our sour cream is 100% cultured cream.

Thank you so much for the heads up... I was just giving an example of what I might eat if I am on the run and want to do 'fast food' so to speak... I would say at least 80% of all the food I eat is raw and made personally. A lil beans cooked in bacon won't kill a brotha ;)

Ok, cool. I was wanted to let it be known cuz I know some vegans don't want any kind of animal anything in their system. But It's all good. Imma take some of your advice on eating and lifting though. Gotta get tight for the summer.

you could have simplified or just given me the abridged version of your comments by simply saying, "I'm too lazy to do my own research to empower myself with knowledge and tailor my diet to my individual needs. Instead, imma bitch and complain about not getting handouts, because I am still stuck on stupid continuing to believe someone knows my body better than me." Typical ****** :smh:.

I said specifically what I eat and pointed you to the Dhealthstore youtube channel where he talks about vegan sources of protein. I also broke down the ideology to my workout routine. Anything more specific than that will have to be accompanied by a check :D.
