I agree. For the last 3 days they couldn't give an exact answer when the release was (morning or midnight). Nike corporate was at HoH the whole time running meetings and all that. Then they was like its going to be in the morning.


In the middle of the Heat/Knick game I get a call saying it got switched to midnight last minute. SMH!!! So I rushed there... a long with everyone else that got that call.

When we got there they told us we had to come back at 11pm to line up... obviously a lot of people didn't listen.


I couldn't understand how Nike couldn't have organized this better. You have all these other stores doing wristbands and tickets.. and they couldn't have done the same??

That whole shit was all about media exposure & free marketing. Outside of so called "sneakerheads" or whatever they wanna call themselves nowadays, this wasn't meant for da general public b/c most people don't even fuck w/Foams and da hoes for da most part think that they're ugly. I wonder if da release will cause issues for GR's such as da Golden State's, etc.

All I know.. because of that riot, the GM froze all the stores in Florida Mall for the all-star pack along with a bunch of HoH. At first all the Central Florida stores were cancelled but the Millenia Mall Finish Line getting them at 3pm. I already got my ticket for 'em this morning.

They aren't hitting swoosh, nike would be losing out. They stopped having foams, hell any hot item for the past year.

Plus NDC couldn't even handle the ASG releases as I expected.

They'll probably keep them at those locations, but make it a QS, like how they did at Footaction for the IV's this week.
