However, I sense that he isn't lying COMPLETELY, at least.
I'm going to give dude the benefit of the doubt SIMPLY because I don't see enough brothers trying to REALLY do it big. I rather believe he's telling the truth. Doesn't affect me one way or the other if he isn't telling the truth.

I don't really care much for ockings. I know he had been ocked, and people claimed it was irrefutable evidence...

I'm not a big participant in ockings but when they go down they're usually WELL deserved. Da Don was caught in lie after lie after lie in that ock man.... it was epic. as far as setting up it really depends on where you are at. some cities set policies on it. u have to get a license for it. you have to be careful how it's worded or what you tell people what it is, because if you slip they will shut you down in cleveland. in north randall though, the mayor's all for it because he get's to tax the hell out of us to do it.
