yeah Im sure they could, they probably wouldn't be as effective as a true sharingan user though
they are all descendants of the six path, one clan probably inherited the eye abilities then either through experimentation or mutation someone developed a sharingan. After each person developed their power they probably started off their own clan which is why u have all these clans with different power traits

well if anyone would be able to beat a tailed beast it would be a kage, the fact that these same ninjas are being defeated so easily is rather disappointing

Im pretty sure that Neji figured out a way to counter that since he upgraded during the time-skip...The Hyuga Clan cant permanently exhaust themselves and eye strain for over using their eyes too much...
On top of that Uchiha are mostly mid- long rangers while the Hyuga clan are great using close combat...If a Hyuga memeber gets close to an Uchiha he can close his chakra points and the Uchiha member wont be able to use is eyes since it uses alot of Chakra..I think the only except is probably Itachi and maybe Sasuke
And lets not forget the Hyuga Clan already have their Byakugan awaken from birth while it takes an event for the Sharingan to awaken.
Most importantly it all depends how skilled the user is with their eyes.
That and the Chouji fight was the 2 best fights in the first part....imo
I seriously doubt the Hyuga Clan can use the Sharingan since both eye techniques are very different...
The Uchiha Clan can have all those techniques but theirs a price for using them all the time....It didnt take Sasuke long to become blind after he kept using the Mangekyo Sharingan.
I dont have no problem with Kages being able to defeat a tail beast since they are the strongest is their village
One of my biggest problems with the manga is they let these ninja's that came up with techniques and had a serious impact in the ninja world getting their asses kicked by ninjas who are teenagers or people who hasnt done nothing...
You mean to tell me Sasuke could beat a ninja like Orochimaru ....really??????????

Man to me this chapter was utter rubbish as usual, hyping up the audience for the Sasuke Reveal its way to convenient and once again, we're spammed with eternal rasegan no jutsu,we've got a 'new Rasengan' next weeks special a fantastic ball, I mean seriously Kishimoto.... Ah well Bleach was ok nevertheless!
yep sasuke waited till Orochimaru was at his weakest to strike, its not like he had any intentions of giving up his body without a fight anyway

Wassn't it Orochimaru who instigated that fight on Sasuke? If I can recall he called him to his lair when 'Sasgay' was ready and tried to take him over, ah well Naruto is on a slump good news though I'm reading The Breaker New Waves and that story is heating up!!!!!
A thousand apologies really thought it was RKO, nevertheless I like how the story is progressing, no crying after some unknown 'boy'. The main character got his ability 'destroyed' and he has to work hard to regain it, so far it looks as though he's going to be a true beast when it returns, however, the real question to ask is whether or not the main character and his master will have the classical fight 'where the student kills the master' I really can't wait for the showdown!
