THE WRESTLING THREAD: HHH KEEPS DOING HHH THINGS.....

Can someone please explain to me why they just can't update the entrances and the graphics, but keep the same game play as the Gamecube and N64 wrestling games? All this great technology, and the game play gets worse and worse. We used to play WCW vs NWO Revenge, No Mercy, Wrestlemania 2000, and Day of Reckoning all day long.:yes:

Thats Cause different people make the smackdown vs raw series(yukes) than the n64 games (aki).

Yeah THQ is getting very lazy plus they are the kings of hyping up games that lose more and more cred when they start releasing videos. Fire Pro Wrestling was a great game and it looked like an snes game, but the matches and depth made up for that whereas SVR is all polish but very little substance. SVR 2011 had 2 good things and that was weapons were more interactive and ministry taker.

That shit was lazy as fuck. I could've did that shit on Create-a-Entrance.

They're worried about making the ring shake and making sweat and blood trickle when they should be adding shit to the gameplay. Like being able to go all over the arena and back stage during a match, making the stage interactive, putting in more moves and entrance motions and pyros. This shit looks like SVR 2007 with a roster update.

He's done it before but the only time I can remember him driving on the stage was at Wrestlemania.

All polish and little substance.That sounds appropriate since it is a game for the WWE.

The only way Vince.could make money with WWE films is to stop making WWE films, a large amount of them are horrible with the acting range of the wrestling ring...

I miss tag teams, I miss a long rivalry without the interference, the ones which must be settled with 2:3 falls to win.

Wait a minute Christian beat Zeke? Aww hell Naw! Off with the writers head... in no way shape or form without the use of weapons that is even freaking probable ...

They would have to create a whole new animation of him driving besides the stage and the getting onto the stage. I'm not defending Yukes but they do have a deadline to get the game out, not to mention their budget. People were complaining about Stone Cold not having his vest during his entrance. Yukes said that they ran out of money to animate the vest which is just sad. Most people are going to skip entrances or turn them off after a few days anyway. I don't expect to many changes when a team is doing a yearly game. Just fix the problems from the last game and add slight improvements.

The adrenaline draining to the point where you can't run will change online play. If they can fix the WWE universe mode then there on the right track.

Those of you that have a emulator, there's mods out for WWF No Mercy.

With Sarita's current situation we may not even get to see her face again completely let alone seeing her nude.And Rosita I want to see that in person not pictures with her little ass.

The WWE needs to take a lesson from the NWA.Back in the mid-late 80's they had 5 titles:The World Heavyweight title,The World Tag Team title,US Heavyweight title,US Tag Team title, and the World Television title.And they were able to keep each of the titles important and relevant by making sure to build rivalries for each of the belts and by having them defended regurlarly and in a way that kept both the champ and main 2-3 challengers looking strong.

They could have done that with the Slater/Gabriel vs the Usos feud. The teams were trading victories and that should have built naturally to stipulation matches including 2/3 falls match.
Zeke's push is over and now they're going to bring him down, like they did Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. That is incredibly stupid booking but that's how they do it now.

I hope Sarita can recover from her ailment but that fucking Rosita is a nice little something.

WWE and TNA need to do that. I like that TNA is trying to build new young guys like Crimson and Gunner but they could have used Eric Young and the TV title to show Gunner as a good worker and someone to take seriously.

Crockett used to know how to build up midcard titles. Dusty and Tully used to fight for the TV title like it was the World title.

The TV title should be defended on every taping like the WCW title and give it a 6 minute time limit. What ever happen to Muta's protege. The last tmie I looked at TNA's roster page he was still there.

Anyone else notice that how TNA/Impact Wrestling books their guys that nearly everyone is on a main event level. I mean they push guys then depush them so often like Morgan, Anderson, Joe, Gunner, Brother Ray, Pope the list goes on and on.
 
I didn't know that about sarita damn:smh: As for eric young idk there's just something about him i don't like, he just looks like a fan getting a chance to wrestle.

The sad thing is that they do a decent job building someone up but by doing that they kill a push as opposed to elevating the next guy.What happened with Lethal was a great example though Brother Ray has done much better than I would have ever guessed.

Cena should not have been given a title rematch against Mysterio who already competed. They could not have waited atleast one week, I mean damn.....

Notice how one minute Cena's knee was so bad he couldn't do the Attitude Adjustment yet minutes later he not only could do it but wasn't even limping at all.

Loved seeing Punk and I want that shirt but it's too soon for him to be back.There's so busy trying to sell Summerslam that they might screw up the long term prospects.
