I been at a couple go-go pool parties here in the dc area back in the day and saw way worse than this where chicks were literally sexually assaulted around the swimming pools. cats fingering them groping them pulling they shit off.

Come on , my dude. You can't be serious with that analogy. That's apples and oranges. I don't agree with your analogy or your logic but for argument's sake I will use your snowball scenario to illustrate my viewpoint:
Let's say she goes to the snowball fight (pool party) but she is just a spectator (which she was at the pool party) watching the snowball fight (pool party)from afar and then three big, burly guys that she has never met before go out of their way and forcibly (without her consent and while she's begging and pleading with them to stop) carry her into the eye of the snowball fight (pool party). Keep in mind, she was just a "spectator" and she clearly had no intention of engaging in the snowball fight (pool party) so she probably wasn't properly dressed for the fight (swimming) or prepared mentally, physically and emotionally to engage in the fight(swimming). The goons had absolutely no idea what type of a condition or reason she may have had that prevented her from participating in the snowball fight (swimming in the pool). They just elected to pick her up and throw her into the fight (pool). The actions of those goon's were wrong and uncalled for.
Once she resisted their very aggressive attempts to force her into fight(pool), the goons should've backed off and found a more willing participant. The reason they were so aggressive with her after her initial resistance is because she was the only woman that stood up for herself, fought back and told those chumps how she really felt. I highly doubt any of those chicks at that party "wanted" to be grabbed and thrown into a pool by some random dude or a dude they knew for that matter. She punked those dudes at their own party;they felt disrespected so, as a result, they decided to disrespect and embarrass her. At that point, it wasn't about them having fun any more; it was about about them having power - the physical power to do what they wanted to her...it seemed like the beginning of a sexual assault.
I will concede to the fact that she shoud've had known what type of outing she was going to but the onus is on the goons that forcibly (while she was screaming for help) picked her up and threw her into the water when they clearly saw she was not dressed in a swimsuit and she had absolutely no intentions of getting wet let alone swimming.
No one deserves to be treated like that.

Bruh, I agree with you about them wanting to have fun. I'm all for having fun. They were having fun with the people that were allowing themselves to be thrown into the pool. However, when the girl forcibly resisted their advances, it wasn't about fun anymore...it was about not letting a "bitch"disrespect them at their own party. It became about POWER, they wanted to show her who had more POWER so they did that by very aggressively throwing her into the pool.

the main problem is the safety issue with them throwing people in especially when they fell or jumped in while holding someone who is fighting. worse case someone hits their head and doesn't come back up. how long would it take before someone realized the person was hurt?

It's an issue that's been relevant in the black community, I'm glad there's a documentary finally on the topic to persuade some black women to go natural. My child's mother just went natural, and she feels the same way and is on this crusade to get more sistas to go natural & use the right products. Of course it's no secret our women have been altering their hair to suit the Caucasian society for ages. But I know all about white womens alterations myself. But the reason for this whole debate anyway was because brothas weren't understanding why sistas get so emotional about getting wet.
