Basketball superstar LeBron James' Miami Heat came up short in the NBA finals, losing the decisive Game 6 against the Dallas Mavericks. In a post-game press conference, LeBron gave the following explanation as to why his star-studded team was unable to bring home the championship they promised the city of Miami:

"The Greater Man upstairs know when it's my time. Right now isn't the time."

It wasn't that the Mavericks were a better team, it's God's fault.

Former WWE superstar John Bradshaw Layfield has posted a lengthy response to the claims of "King James," which he calls a classless move. JBL wrote on Facebook:

"There are reportedly one billion people in this world that are hungry, several wars and people worldwide trying to get over terrible disasters-I don’t believe God cares who won the NBA Finals."

"LeBron James brought his “talents” to South Beach, too bad those “talents” don’t include a heart-or the ability for correct introspection. Now, after the worst final choke in history his answer is that God didn’t want him to win. He tweeted “The greater man upstairs knows when it is my time. Right now isn’t the time.” At least he acknowledged that God is the greater man.

"Does this mean that God is a Maverick fan? Or that God was rooting for Dirk or Jason? Or that God was just rooting against Miami?... Thank God for your health, for your family, for the opportunity-but please don’t thank God anymore for sports victories-I don’t believe he is a sports fan, and I hope he is not because I hope he has bigger issues to work on.

"And, PLEASE whatever you do-don’t blame him for your losses-that is just classless.

"Now as LeBron stated so emphatically-I’ll go back to my daily life as we commoners tend to do. Which isn’t so bad-and, BTW, I have as many rings as LeBron."

It appears that Michael Tarver has been released by the WWE.So another black wrestler bites the dust in the WWE.Maybe it's me but he would have been perfect to merge with R Truth's current character.

I was thinking the same thing but also include Mark Henry, JTG and the dude with the wild hair from NXT (thank God he finally cut that bush.) Bring them all together to create a new Nation Of Domination. :yes:

Right now would be perfect timing to have them go all around the WWE beating the shit out of everybody, especially the Nexus, the Core and of course... John Cena. If that kind of beef don't help boost the ratings, I don't know what will.:yes::yes::yes:

Jacked up 3 superstars and didn't have to put on any ridiculous costume to do it! I only wish he would've splashed that little Jimmy with some water to put the icing on the cake!!:lol::lol::lol:

Sad but probably true. They didn't plan on him feuding with Cena anyway. Truth was suppose to be feuding with Morrison, but he got hurt. And they already said that he'll be feuding with Rey Mysterio come SummerSlam.

Another rivalry that will probably go no where.

See that's the thing. Everyone is already tied up into so many other angles I can't see them just letting this Cena and Truth shit just die down. Everyone is tied into angles and NEWLY formed angles too. The Nexxus vs Mysterio angle is actually working. The Big Show vs Del Rio angle is working. Truth vs Cena is working. It would be a big mistake to go back to according to plans this fast.

-Amen. Hogan and Bischoff still make tv like it's the 90s (so does Vince) and the first one who actually tries something different will start a new era in wrestling.
-Jeff Jarrett is in exactly the right place. He's not really contending for titles but he's wrestling good to great matches with Kurt Angle.
-Karen Jarrett is a great character when used correctly.
Kurt can't tell his ex-wife shit since she's now Mrs Jarrett.

Bisch killed the momentum of that match but fortunately Angle-Jarrett closed so the ppv was pretty good. Another TNA ppv with mostly good wrestling. If I didn't know them better, I would think they're going in the right direction.
If they're going to give us Mickie James and Angelina again, they need to be doing house shows together so they can avoid shitfests like that match. I'll be glad when James wrestles ODB.

at some point R-Truth and John Morrison are going to do their feud so mabye this Del Rio/ Show feud will be a short one.

Good question. Maybe him and Show can feud for some reason after he's done with Riley. If they're serious about Riley, he can lose to Miz but it has to be good and it has to be close, like when Cena first came in and gave Kurt Angle hell but lost.

true, I would hate for them to do Riley like they have done with Daniel Bryan. He went from winning the U.S title and having the Bella Twins around him to doing god knows what on Smackdown. Mabye a feud with someone like Dolph Ziggler but hes currently got the Kofi feud going on.

Riley is suppose to be on Smackdown. They may or may not scrap him being drafted after the Miz feud. If he stays on Raw he'll probably feud with Swagger next.

It could be but I'd have to see how Riley looks in the ring in a one on one. Swagger can deliver, that's for sure and they're wasting him by not just having him, Kofi, and Dolph wrestle every week for 10-12 minutes. Raw is two hours, you can give them that.

I don't know why they wasted time drafting Riley to SD and never actually doing it. I see how they used it in the angle to split him and Miz but I guess we're just supposed to forget he works on SD.
