I'll answer the child support question though. It is structured that way because she has FULL CUSTODY of the kids. If Dame had custody, then SHE would be paying child support. It would be based largely on earnings among other things. Maybe he was more successful than she was, but if I recall...she did not contest the divorce in terms of trying to claim any of the assets. She just walked away. Perhaps the child support was a condition of her just walking away and not claiming assets.

Failed clothing lines, alcohol, shoe lines, tv shows, boxing ventions, movies are the main reason he's broke. Instead of finding someone to invest in him for these projects, he paid out of pocket so when he failed...HE FAILED BIGTIME.

I know it might be unethical because everyone needs representation but i wander how many attorneys would turn down a case like this out if fear if not being paid? I mean you are representing him and are well aware of his debt and financial situation. NY attorneys are not cheap I would guess.

And really not just Dame but in general how many attorneys wont take a case knowing there is a chance you will just end up in their list if creditors.
