Zaila Avant-Garde Wins 2021 Scripps National Spelling Bee, Becoming Bee’s First African American Champion

What I like about this situation is that she makes it look like fun AND she's well rounded. Whereas it seemed like the Indian kids were under a lot of pressure. Hell one Indian fainted.
Exactly.
She's good in other areas as well whereas these Indian kids study for these spelling bees 24/7, have no life outside of it and still ended up losing.
Notice the story also mentioned her DAD getting her into spelling competitions. Don't overlook that as well.

And shes not some one dimensional weirdo recluse of a child whose loser parents stick in a room and make memorize useless words 23 hours out of day for the sole purpose of winning this fucking contest which serves as their only identity as a people ( Like those funky ass INDIANS!!).

So proud!

Hell yea

Go lil sis go these story’s are a breath of fresh air from all the other stank stories out there about Black youths hope I’m alive to see them be the norm and not the exception to the current “norm”

Good she ados cause niggaz always want to pick out those fucking Africans as getting higher scores over Black Americans. Then those fucking Africans begin to big up their nation and shit. Much respect and props to her. I remember there was this black American female in a private school in Boston who scored the highest in grades over the smartest white kids.

Some white folks gonna be just a lil upset they took all the BB courts out the park...
