I think you have to be a basketball “purist” to enjoy the women’s game. It’s really fundamentally sound basketball. But there’s no real “flare”.
I like see dunks as well, yes you're correct about it being fundamentally sound but that shit does get boring when every team does the same thing especially watching it for long periods of time.
I mean angel reese and those college girls are more exciting than the WNBA and they had the top viewers on that championship game.

I'll agree with this. I love watching ND, LSU, South Carolina, and even Iowa this year. Those games were lit. And maybe it's also because those arenas be PACKED.
Yes, I watch south Carolina since I'm apart of that and have a lot of family down there and also, I will be watching more LSU games since I discovered angel reese. I'm looking to see those college girls games this winter.
I watch USC because of Dawn. She's from my hood and is GOATed at this point. Watch ND too if you get a chance. They also have a Black woman coach and Olivia Miles is NICE.

Truth. I don’t consider myself a “purist”. I like the extras. It does get boring for sure. I want to see somebody get dropped and dunked on or dunk attempt blocked on every now and again. “Below the rim” basketball isn’t for everybody. The WNBA should’ve started with lowered rims. They can’t do it now cuz the players would get offended and the world will continue to laugh at them.
It wouldn’t hurt to make them shorts a little tighter as well. I say that as an appreciator of the female body, not a creep.
