The post is not visible in the OP. You have to click the option to Visit Instagram. Fact remains not everyone has their IG set to allow their posts to be embedded on other sites. Unfortunately when I am posting from a mobile device I can't tell if the post is visible to everyone until I check from my PC.

Since I stay logged out of IG, I had to log in to see the post via a separate private window.

I stay logged in to IG. The post in the OP is not showing because the OWNER of the IG account has NOT enabled their posts to be embedded on other sites. That's all there is to it. A while back I was interested in posting missing people from an IG, but none of the posts would show. I reached out to the account holder and asked them to enable the embedding of their posts. Unfortunately the person I communicated with didn't understand how to change the setting.
