Kevin Ives, 17, and Don Henry, 16 were murdered by law enforcement officers on August 23, 1987. The boys had stumbled upon a police-protected drug drop along railroad tracks in a rural area just south of Little Rock, Arkansas. They were beaten and stabbed and their bodies placed on the tracks and run over by a passing train. In spite of information from the train crew indicating foul play, the sheriff’s department worked the scene as an accident. The state medical examiner ignored and destroyed clear forensic evidence of murder and ruled the manner of deaths accidental.
What initially appeared to be a grossly incompetent investigation was actually an orchestrated cover-up. The drug drop witnessed by the boys was part of the international drug smuggling enterprise based in Mena, Arkansas, which was set up in the early 1980′s by the notorious drug smuggler, Barry Seal. Indisputably, Seal operated under the auspices of the CIA and enjoyed protection from state and federal authorities. The exposure of powerful public and political figures involved in Mena affairs is being blocked by on-going cover-ups of all crimes connected to the drug smuggling operation.
This was the start of the Iran-Contra affair. It was proven that the weapons were supplied by the CIA and destined for the Nicaraguan Contras in of the Congressional Poland amendments. Special prosecutor Lawrence Walsh spent six years determining who in the Reagan administration was involved in the operation. Among those that were involved in this operation were George Bush, Oliver North, Dewey Clarridge, John Pointdexter and Caspar Weinberger.
George Bush’s personal phone number was found in Berry Seals’ trunk.

In April of 1988, Keith Coney told his mother he knew too much about the Ives/Henry murders and feared for his life. After being slashed in the neck, he was fleeing for his life on his motorcycle, when he slammed into the back of a truck and was killed.
Boonie Beardon, a friend of the boys disappeared. His body was never found.
November 1988, Keith McKaskle claimed to have knowledge of the boys murders, but was killed before he could testify. McKaskle knowing his life was in danger, had said good-bye to his friends and family. He died from 113 stab wounds.
January 1989, Gregory Collins claimed to have knowledge of the Ives/Henry murders, but he was killed before he could testify. Collins was found dead from a shotgun blast to his face.
April 1989, Jeff Rhodes had knowledge of the Ives/Henry murders, but was killed before he could testify. His body was found in the city dump…..dead from a shotgun wound to the head.
July 1989, Richard Winters was killed by a blast from a shotgun before he could testify.
June 1990, Jordon Ketelson also has information on the Ives/Henry murders, but he was killed before he could testify. He died from a shotgun blast to the head. NO ARREST HAVE BEEN MADE IN REGARD TO THESE MURDERS.
Vincent Walker Foster, Jr. (January 15, 1945 – July 20, 1993) was a Deputy White House Counsel during the first few months of President Bill Clinton presidency, and also a law partner and friend of Hillary Rodham Clinton. His death was ruled a suicide by multiple official investigations.
Monday, July 19, 1993, President Bill Clinton called FBI director William Sessions to tell him he was dismissed. (This was the first time in History that a President fired an FBI director.) She asks her husband whether he is dealing drugs, and he allegedly explains that Foster paid him $1,000 for each trip he took to Mena. Parks said he didn’t “know what they were doing, and he didn’t care to know. He told me to forget what I’d seen.
Foster was a close friend of Bill Clinton in their boyhood town of Hope, Arkansas. As a deputy White House council for the Clinton Administration, Foster became the highest ranking U.S. Government Official to die under mysterious circumstances since President John F. Kennedy.
Foster knew the financial secrets of BOTH the campaign of 1992 and the Clinton Presidency. Foster knew the secrets of the Rose Law Firm and of Hillary’s financial business dealings over the previous decades – the links of what would become numerous investigations.
