dude it's a TV tuner...I threatened to cut my cable TV completely and they gave me free local channels for a year...but I don't have a TV...I watch everything thru the projector...bcuz I downgraded my shit I don't have to rent a box...so I hook the coaxial to the TV tuner which goes to my CPU...HDMI from the CPU to the projector...every local channel was showing earlier today...but now I can't get ABC...shit happened on sunday too when I had the mohu antenna...all channels were a go...tried to watch the game later on...no signal...it's just ABC and it's always after a certain time...happened last nite too

can't watch shit on a regular TV anymore...projector has me spoiled...it's not happening...I'm keep troubleshooting this shit...I'm getting every local channel but ABC...and it only happens @ night...something's off
65" barely catches my attention...a projector is like watching 100+" and my shit show in 1080... shit so clear and bright I can watch it w/ the lights on but of course I watch it in the dark tho

They limit access to non cable subscribers man. Trying to limit your primetime television viewing Leroy. They started that ho shit when cord cutting became popular.3rd time this has happened...I scan for channels during the day/afternoon and I get it showing and everything...@ night nothing...and this has happened using an antenna and when I tried it again connecting it w/ a coaxial cord
Hey just trying to help. I'm watching over the air HD and it's funny that the channels come in better than when I had Comcast. I can't see ever going back to cable...all you need is a roku, chromecast, and WiFi. I don't even have home internet, just use my phone as a WiFi hotspot.

Man I know someone who's cable would go out at night like yours. Cable company came to change the wiring. That fixed the problem.
