was watching this program , that vegetables that are picked and immediately frozen retain more nutrition than those that aint frozen , not all. i still prefer the ones not frozen as you hear a lot of calls for frozen vegetables being recalled
I'd rather have those stocked up than be at the mercy of the market's produce departments.
Obviously fresh is better, but good frozen joints ain't bad.

Freezers are gone because people been stocking up... All the chicken processors here N.C. been having crazy Truck Sales due to the restaurants being closed. I bought two 40lb cases of skinless thighs for $70.00. I had to give it to my brother to store in one of his deep freezers for me until I can get one.
