YEEZUS just LEAKED!

man if you got to keep listening over and over to this CD just to "warm up" to it then it can't be that good. That's the shit they pull on the radio, play the same shit over and over and the next thing you know.. you are bobbing our head to some bullshit...:smh:

i listened once at work and then once on the big system at home. I don't need to hear it again to know i don't like it.

Cool if you don't like it. I give albums multiple listens only if I find something to like about them. This fit the bill for me. I listened to the leak after reading all the negative posts. I was looking for a reason to hate this album but I found I liked each song except maybe track 8.

That radio thing where they play music over and over doesn't work for me. If they play stuff over and over and I don't like it I switch the station. I'd hope alot of other people are like that too.

I think this album has a problem with the target audience. If you're not a fan of other genres of music it's going to be REALLY hard to appreciate this stuff. Also not just other genres but the quirky stuff from other genres too.

Most of the negative reactions pertain to the beat constructs mostly. These aren't your usual rap beats. Most people who shit on the album love Bound2 simply because it's the closest to the accepted rap beat on the album.

People are talking about J Cole's album and I took a listen to it and nearly fell asleep. By rap standards it's probably a solid album. Nothing stands out about it though. Nice beats, nice rhymes, nice stories. Nothing to offend. Nothing to remember in 6 months. It's safe. Nothing wrong with that I guess but to me things like this wear thin after years and years.

you need to listen to it again. Maybe it's too advanced for you. You need to open your mind. Give it some time man:lol::lol:

Coles music is safe just like dude said. He caters to 40 year olds who still dress like they did in high school.

listen to it again. You're probably just a dubstep, rave, glowstick waving hipster. You need to take some time and understand what hiphop is. Just because he didn't add bleep bloop sounds for you to be comfortable with it, doesn't mean it's not good. You need to get out of your EDM box and listen to other genres:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Yep, you got me.

Exiled is still camping out in here trolling I see...

This is his favorite Kanye album yet considering how many posts he has in this motherfucker...

7 Corporate Ads Based On 'Yeezus' Lyrics

Kanye West's new album, "Yeezus" is angry, intense and musically experimental. And its lyrics? Ho boy, they are alienating. Basically the album is a doozy and intentionally his least commercial effort to date.

So let's make Kanye sell out a bit. Here are Yeezus's craziest lyrics…used for the most corporate thing possible: advertisements.

1. "When I park my Range Rover / Slightly scratch your Corolla / Okay, I smashed your Corolla / I'm hangin' on a hangover"

2. "Eatin' Asian pussy / All I need is sweet and sour sauce"

3. "In a French-ass restaurant / Hurry up with my damn croissants!"

4. "Fuck you and your Hampton house / I'll fuck your Hampton spouse / Came on her Hampton blouse"

5. "Pussy had me floatin'/ Feel like Deepak Chopra"

6. "She asked me what I wished for on my wish list / Have you ever asked your bitch for other bitches?"

7. "Star Wars fur / I'm rockin' Chewbacca"

Kanye is easily rap's most fascinating character. That's no secret on BGOL or anywhere else. I'm not sure why you're acting like you just made a revelation.

Kanye is not fascinating to me fruit!

There is NOTHING fascinating about another man!

Besides im from the s.e side of chicago & know don c.

So no, im not fascinated!

Kanye's albums were more so known for their production. Not saying his lyrics were wack...but he's known for his producing FIRST. His PRODUCTION carried his albums.

I fucks with Kanye...BIG FAN.....I support my Chi Town brethren. But all that "you gotta really listen to the album shit" is for the birds. The truth is this guy hasnt put out a decent album ever since his Moms passed away.

start at the 1:31 mark.
thats a beat that Kanye c0-produced for Jay's upcoming album.

How is it Kanye is putting out wack production on his own album, but blessing Jay with heat??

Btw....I think that Jay Album is gonna be a classic.
Cant wait!!

Because it's a matter of perception. In my perception Daft Punk did there thing on Yeezus..

You're perceiving the production to be wack because it isn't all 80bpm, and bass heavy like the one he did for Jay..

You want it to be one way..

That's the main issue I'm having with this album. Kanye's rambling takes a great deal away from this album. A Prime example of that is on "blood on the leaves", dude went full retard with the autotone.

MBDTF came out after his mom died and he hasn't put out a decent album since she died?

You trippin'.

You want his music to sound like his old ways. Jay-Z addressed this for you nearly 4 years ago.

@ bolded: yes, because you're god and since you find it wack, your word is law :hmm:

Yep.. I'm about done.. dumb ass BGOL niggas have this self importance to where they think only their bullshit opinion matters.. Trying to have a civil conversation is a waste..

Knowing the original meaning of the sample and what it's used for in this song might make some people cringe...

but not me!   Love this beat.
