but now Im makin plans to go away every winter at least for a week, man even if its three fuckin days, to get some much needed

Big problem is the snow on the ground is heavy as shit. Shits gonna be a fuckin pain in the ass to move.
I just finished shoveling my driveway. Fuck the walkway and sidewalks until my son wakes up. Snow is huge but lightweight. Shoveled about 8" in NJ. ½" came down while I was shoveling. Jazz music thru the speakers. A fire going in the fireplace and bgol. I'm good. Will hit it again in 2 hours.

yeah people were lined up at the gas station yesterday as if that was the last tank of gas they were going to have access to.
I mean I understand the potential for lost power since ice is more of an issue down here than snow but lawd you'd swear it was Armageddon coming with how these fools be acting. Now as far as gas is concerned, I don't play around. I try to keep my tank around half full just in case. After Hurricane Sandy knocked off gas stations in NY, and I saw the commotion caused because there was a shortage in Brooklyn & Queens that sent prices in the Bronx through the roof I said never again.

I had to help 2 people "shovel" their cars out...
actually there was basically no shoveling it was damn near ice picking!
took forever.
If you didn't salt and shovel? You f*cked
I seen messed up tires, rims, bumpers sides etc...scratched the hell up
snow backing up under the car filling wheel wells etc...
use a GOOD SHOVEL
watch your back lift with your knees, wear gloves watch out for traffic
and the ice is slippery hard and sharp
be safe fam.
