If Microsoft wins this case are they under any obligation to allow they're games, including COD, to be on Playstation since Sony has clearly tried to fuck them and refused to make a deal ensuring they remained on Playstation?

No but might as well pimp them for the income while COD goes to Gamepass. That will cause a huge shift alone. If Sony is arrogant enough to not sign a deal then they can't be forced to do it.
