Xbox Series X/S Microsoft - Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 confirmed to launch on Friday, November 14

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't realize 1st party game pass ganes would be sold individually as well.

I am looking forward to this game.
That's why the Activision deal has Sony scared. Every COD and many other franchises become 1st party for GamePass. Price will go up no doubt but will be worth it for COD alone.

They'll probably add a 60fps mode later like they did with A Plague Tale Requiem once they figure out what they can cut back on.

This is the biggest perk for the PC, being able to dial down settings you don't care about to get the performance you want.

Another thing about the 30FPS. I would love 40 honestly. But the PC requirements MINIMUM is a SSD drive. That game is going to have a lot of PCs blowing up. So I get the consistency wanted on consoles.

I'm late to the party but I loved the showcase..

Also ...

The below list missed alot ...but I'm shocked at what it did get right.

Possible xbox showcase leak... I've heard the Rumor about Bandi Namco and KI back in January of last year.

Not going to lie... if Killer Instinct 2 gets announced .... Xbox wins the summer Hands down.

And this is where I saw the bandai and killer instinct rumor.

If even half of this is real ... they fucking WIN the summer.

But a Killer Instinct 2 drop with Bandai being behind it would be probably Phil's biggest achievement in my mind.

Dude gets a lifetime pass from me.

word. I personally don't see the big deal about 30/60 fps. If the game is good and you're enjoying it, 30/60 isn't gonna matter. I don't see anyone stopping in the middle of playing a great game like damn, this game is fire but I can't play it anymore because it's not 60fps. To me it's an overblown criteria. And with a game on this scale you can only expect so much for a smooth experience on hardware that's a few years old. I'm sure I've played games that were 30 and 60 fps and I can honestly say that I couldn't tell the difference. I don't pay attention to framerates and the only time that's been an issue for me was on PC when a game would drop framerates due to mediocre hardware.

I think it really depends on the game and what you're accustomed to. MSFS is perfectly fine at 30fps since you're just looking landmarks most of the time.

However with a game like God of War Ragnarok, it was literally unplayable for me at 30fps. If it only had a 30fps mode, I would have just watched the cutscenes on YouTube instead of playing it.

In competitive multi-player games where every millisecond counts, 30 won't cut it. That's why Halo infinite has a 120fps option even on the Series S.

I hear what you're saying, but I've personally never had an issue. Even games with those higher framerate options, I never use or think to enable. My quality or experiences with those games have never wavered. Games with performance modes, I've never turned on. I prefer beautiful graphics over higher framerates because again, for me I don't notice or care for the difference. And I've been playing multiplayer games since golden eye on 64, all the halos, etc.. games I would still play today and not care about frame rate at all. But I guess to each their own, because I know there are pixel peepers out there and others who over analyze, but for me as long as I'm having a good time with the game and there's no game breaking bugs, frame rate doesn't matter.
