X-Men: Apocalypse' Review: It's A Franchise-Killing Disaster

Man, fuck fox and Sony..just partner up with marvel please and let marvel do the shit!!!!!!!!!is that too much to ask? ??????
i don't even want marvel to do this shit. for what? you can't reboot this shit this is the reboot. and they just ruined the best villain they'd ever have and could work towards. its not even up for debate.
so just let this shit die for another 14 years or so.

and marvel has enough on their plate.

That's true...just fuck fox then..at least Sony got a little smart..

I've never been excited for any X-Men movie but I've seen them all in the theater and enjoyed them except for X-Men 3. I'll see this at some point this weekend or next. I'll decide on rather or not I like it for myself.

Buy a ticket for Civil War and walk into the Xmen theater if you gotta go see it at the movies. Don't contribute to this fuckery or its pedo director.

Mystique was her hero. When she saw Cacopolypse tryin to kill Mystique snd she looked around at the other mutants ready to die to stop him, she realized she was fighting for the wrong thing.
that should have been written better

Fox not gonna let this shit die tho. eventho its not gonna do as good as CACW, they'll feel pleased with the outcome
and do some bullshit ass X-Men: Revenge Of Apocalypse shit,....just to be able to hang on to the rights for a another decade.
This movie fuckin sucked.

What does it being a bootleg have to do with whether the movie was trash, average or good? If the movie's story or execution are subpar then whether I'm watching it in a theater or bootleg will not change that.

I can't see how you can make a fair assessment of a big action movie with potential Easter eggs in it, while watching a dark, sometimes grainy bootleg copy

I disagree - I think marvel will develop the characters and bring in the Shiar eventually- also the villains will be great to see crossed in

shitty writing shines through as strongly as great writing
Civil Wars screener is the same quality... its how hood the writing on that is

Mann this is Fucking sad how do you have a
PHENOMENAL reset like DOFP that washed away so many sins and then shoot a Deuce all over it?!?

:smh:

I wanna see the X-Men movie that was the second to last scene in DOFP. Patrick Steward in a hover chair, Cyclops and Jean still alive, Kelsey Grammer as Beast and then actually in a school. THAT'S the movie I wanted.

Fox ain't gonna ever give up xmen, it just don't make any sense for them to do so. They make movies forever with that property. I believe marvel can get back FF4 though.

Watching it, corny as fuck so Far, and Acacalypse is hella gay.

bryan singer had Cacaplypse shay-shaying throwing shade on the
characters throughout the whole movie.:puke:

Not to mention spoilers but when Cacaplypse was recruiting Magneto
"I'm Here for you" line
did that faggot version of APOCALYPSE rolled his neck like a bitch
:angry::angry::angry::angry:

Also, in the marvel universe APOCALYPSE is 7 ft tall but
in the movie him, Storm and Psylocke are the same fucking height:smh:

The problem with these movies is that they are so preoccupied about having the "good guys" win all the time. It would make for a much better Cinema if the good guys lost, licked their wounds, buried their dead, and came back to win the second time or the 3rd, but that wouldn't mean Hollywood actually work toward making a great movie rather than simply making money.

How can you so easily dispense of potentially great movie villains like Darkseid, Apocalypse, Doomsday, Thanos, Two-face (who was horribly misused in The Dark Knight), and most recently in the flop Fantastic 4 reboot Dr. Doom. How can you kill off some of the best comic book villains of all time in less than 2.5 hours without showing what made him a complete badass and a fan favorite through comic books even though he's a bad guy?

The Dark Knight did it right. That movie was more or at least as much about the joker as it was Batman. At the expense of giving Batman more screen time, they introduced and fleshed out without fleshing out the Joker (no back story given... at least not one that wasn't a complete lie) who completely took over that movie and a great way. It is the inclusion of the Joker which is the reason why that movie is considered one of the greatest comic book movies of all time, regardless of box office numbers. Until they learn how to respect the comic book villains as they should the movies will suffer... which they won't care about because they will still make money... Tons and tons of money
