Yeah. I remember when you tested positive. I normally get up in the morning and walk 3 miles. I wasn’t able to move today though. See, I have osteoarthritis in both knees and 3 bad disc in my cervical region and 3 bad disc in my lumbar region. I still try to walk outside for 3miles or on the treadmill.
If you are not coughing or developing pneumonia then you will be fine. If you don’t start to develop pneumonia don’t lay down all day. Move around to keep your lungs full with air to keep the fluids down and do breathing exercises

I did. I been wearing mine whenever I go out anyway, so its whatever. I do happen to notice that as weve gone on less and less are doing it. So good on him, we tried letting people govern themselves... Now we see we need grownups to tell muthafuckas what to do.
