So I am looking a NatGeo show on Egypt, and I notice that the actors they use to portray the Egyptians are starting to look whiter and whiter! What makes it so fucked up all you see are black looking people on the paintings and the statues (though they tend to show the whitest looking statues to put on cam).
Then they have that whole area on lock, allowing that racist Nazi Zahi Hawass access to of our most sacred lands forcing us to take his word, on what really happened, this is the same CAC that said that the ancient Egyptians were really white, and that the reason why they were paint black, brown or tan, was due to the fact that those colors represent symbolic meaning! I guess corn braids and nappy hair also had symbolic significance.
My question, is what is it these CAC's are trying to hide and why and why is it so important to give the impression that people of color are nothing but ignorant, backwards, primitive people, incapable of doing anything positive.
I would love Nat-CIA to answer those questions for me.

I've seen people on the drawn of Egyptian murals and Egyptian carvings of people who had Black people symptoms (Black skin, Nappy Hair, large lips, and broad noses). But then again, as Zahi Hawass points out, all of that may be nothing but some symbolic depiction rather how they really looked like.

WOW....sure currently the people who live there now are decedents of recent Arab invaders but the people who we attribute all the cultral things that we refer to Egyptian where the Kemetic people who migrated to Kemet(egypt) from a land refered to as Nubia (Nubians).

I got irritated with lots of Egyptian documentaries because they have white and Arabs playing ancient Kemetic people. It might be Alright for Cleopatra because she was half greek but Queen Nefritit<sp> was indeed one of thoose blacker the berry sisters.

Typically in heiroglyphs the Egyptians depicted themselves as being a reddish tan or coppery brown. Nubians were the darker brown or black, the Greeks and Semites were depicted as the lighter browns and paler tans. You could also tell who the people were in the heiroglyphs from the clothes they wore.

You know what, you are absolutely right, at first I thought they were lying just on some fucked up shit, but I think the problem is deeper than that. These motherfuckers been lying for so long, that they actually are starting to believe the bullshit! I mean I am looking at a white chick, in a ancient Egyptian tomb, filled with nothing but reddish brown paintings, and yet when they depicted the people on the paintings, they chose nothing but pale faced crackers.
Makes you wonder, if they can lie, with a strait face about something as obvious as this, what else are they capable of lying about!

Funny that you made this thread cause I was just watching a little bit Nat Geo earlier showing some old light bright arab dude playing a Pharaoh. White people have been systemically erasing us from history ever since the slave trade. They still want us and the rest of the world to think that Ancient Kemet was a WHITE EUROPEAN civilization. Cleopatra was white (if you accept that Greeks are "white"), and considering what was written at the time about her impact on men, Elizabeth Talyor was an obvious choice to play her.
