yea man... I was like WTF!!!??? this is just absurd. Crazy twist.... but I think that Madame Webb or her daughter will take care of this. Cant remember off heand if she is dead or going to die soon.

This is the main problem that Spiderman has had over the last 10 years or so. A twist like that should shake up the whole Marvel universe but instead we all know that they're going to retcon this shit after like 4 issues.
after issue 700 they're stopping Amazing Spider-Man and beginning a new line The Superior Spider-Man with a new Spider-Man....thats why I cant fuck with Marvel Comics like I used to cause we all know its just a matter of time before they re-launch AMS

Time for something new and different. Peter's been the same for 50 years. Can't cling to the past so much.
New and different would be walking away from Peter.
More than 1 way to do things.
Peter Parker has been around for a long time. There is no road the character has not been taken by the writers and editors in the characters history. It's been time to move on for years but franchise money is fearful.
With Ultimates we have some progression.
With M2 we had some progression but that's about it.
Good ending to the series.... I wanted it to continue... Doc Ock is going to be tentacle deep in Mary Jane's kitty...something just wrong about that
I don't see how, none of this shit is going to be canon for long.
