No doubt, but at the end of the day, he was the coach that won the superbowl bruh. I always look at it this way, if the previous coach didn't win a chip with that same team, then the one who did shouldn't be discredited. He did more with the same tools than his predecessor so it's his chip. Same way I feel about Mark Jackson vs Steve Kerr... and I love Mark Jackson as a coach...

If Jimmy wasn't coaching then it wasn't Jimmy's team. Did he run the exact same offense, defense, special teams sets that Jimmy did? Did he consult Jimmy during games on which plays to run? Again, just because a team is the same doesn't mean its a foregone conclusion that team is going to win just because they are still together.
