I respectfully disagree. Why I think he has become a caricature of himself (How does a guy from Ohio have a Southern accent), he turned around the Raiders, and won a Super Bowl. With all due respect to Tony Dungy, he did what Dungy couldn't. Fisher has had more .500 and losing seasons than winning seasons. He hasn't been to the playoffs in a decade.
