WTF... In America?????????

Rabies vaccine to be dropped from the air

Two million live virus oral vaccine/bait units were dropped by airplane all over the state. Each package was dipped in fish oil and fish meal crumbles to make the vaccine/bait appealing to animals. Yummy.

The claim is that these packages are 'harmless', however they do contain a LIVE virus. Should you come into contact with one and you have an easily compromised immune system you should contact your physician immediately.

Sen. Carl Levin 'indefinitely detained' by activists

Yesterday we reported that Rhode Island is considering a resolution to reject the President's unconstitutional authority to indefinitely detain American citizens without charges or due process.

Then we reported that Congress is considering a bill that would allow for an American to be stripped of their citizenship without due process.

Today we are pleased to report that people are not taking this lying down.

On the first day of the Occupy Congress protests, protesters stormed the office of Sen. Carl Levin and held a mock arrest of this treasonous public servant...

Big media strikes back

Proposed new law will break the Internet

Big media can't compete with the Internet so they're seeking to destroy it.

They also want to change "innocent until proven guilty" while they're at it.

It's called SOPA and it's worth paying attention to. This video is the best explanation of it I have found.

Once you understand it, you'll probably want to fight it.

America Rising Remix for The Kick Them All Out Project
This is an updated remake of the popular video America Rising, a version that voices the truth of things rather than the mindless partisan nonsense of the original version, like the bad, bad, democrats are the problem.

BOTH PARTIES ARE EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE for the mess we find ourselves in. The lyin' share of Congress needs to get the boot in the upcoming election. Until they realize that there is a price to pay for betraying our trust, they will continue to do whatever the hell they want to do. Right now, they can do anything and they still get to keep their jobs. How does that make any sense? If you did what members of Congress did to your employer you'd be handed your hat in a heartbeat!

Please check out the Kick Them All Out Project web site for info on how to actually pull it off. http://www.KickThemAllOut.com

IT'S TIME TO FIRE CONGRESS! Until we actually hold these traitors accountable, nothing is going to stop or change

A handful of massive media companies have spent millions of dollars paying off Congressional crooks to ram through a "law" that essentially breaks the Internet as we know it.

It's called SOPA and it's worth paying attention to.

Pentagon to play mind games with soldiers

The Pentagon has received an $11 million grant to study D-cycloserine (DCS) combined with Virtual Reality exposure therapy to not only erase 'fearful memories' from the minds of soldiers, but to alter them.

Wow.

It's like the CIA's MK-Ultra mind control program has gone main stream and is now right out in the open...

OMG!

That shit reminds me of the very first episode of Star Trek The Next Generation, where Q points out that humans learned to control they're military with drugs in the 21st century. That was sci-fi back in 1987.

But in all it's no surprise, this crap sounds like you take a normal person and turn them into a much more efficient killing machine that also happens to be a psychopath.

You have a RIGHT to know what is in your food

GMO foods are NOT the same

Genetically modified organisms (GMO's) are now the majority of foods that line grocery store shelves and produce aisles.

More is known everyday about the harmful effects they are having on laboratory animals, livestock, and even humans.

Counties all over the world are rejecting them, and at a bare minimum are requiring the proper labeling of GMO foods and products.

Yet, in the 'Land of the Free' they still feel that you don't have a right to know what's in your food.

You DO have a RIGHT to know. Here's how and why you should tell the FDA to label GMO foods...

Domestic drones: America's war on privacy

As per usual, they want to know everywhere we go, and everything we do, say, watch, write, or read, but when we want information from the government it keeps it's secrets.

With the increasing use of surveillance drones domestically, the government has a powerful new tool to gather data.

With zero information available to the public as to who is using them and how they are being used, there's no way of knowing if the information they are gathering is even legal.

Here's what we DO know...

How to save a treehouse from a zoning board

It was supposed to be a "slice of Americana and of childhood dreams," says U.S. Army Specialist Mark Grapin.

He's talking about the treehouse he built for his two sons after returning from his latest tour of duty in Iraq.

An anonymous complaint to a zoning board by some busybody neighbor was all it took to start an eight month long legal battle.

Over a treehouse on his own property. And a nice one at that.

Welcome home soldier...

New Police Precrime Technique
Light Based Intervention System

I'm all for lowering the crime rates, but I know that the majority of street level crime is directly related to prohibition. Prohibition drives the market.

Rather than admit that prohibition is wrong-headed, they would prefer to resort to bizarre 'pre-crime' methods of crime prevention, including talking surveillance cameras and 'bathing people in red light'.

Yes. They will bath the suspected BAD people in red light.

Here's the Light Based Intervention System...

What is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement?

Why pass a law when you can pass a global treaty?

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) has been in the works for several years, but back in October of last year they completed a final draft.

Now that it appears SOPA and PIPA (internet censorship bills before the U.S. Congress) appear to be stalled for the moment, they are now going full steam ahead with ACTA.

ACTA appears to be just as bad for the internet, but goes a good deal further than just the internet...

A brief history of America's
dumb policies towards Iran

These days, with a crisis atmosphere growing in the Persian Gulf, a little history lesson about the U.S. and Iran might be just what the doctor ordered.

They want us beating our chests and crying for war like we've been attacked, but the fact is: we have not been attacked.

Even the briefest of historical accounts can demonstrate that our own government, not the Iranian people (who will suffer the most from a war), is responsible for creating and driving the tensions to extremes.

Let's take a look at our own culpability in this.

A brief history of dumb...

Judge orders President to appear in court

I'm sure the President would prefer not to go, his lawyer put forward a motion to quash the subpoena, but a Georgia judge has denied the motion.

The hearing is on a complaint that Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen and should not be on the state's primary ballot in March.

Now that the Obama has offered up a digitally altered version of a birth certificate through the White House website, it should be interesting to see what comes of this...

The Internet in 1969

A lot of people don't realize this, but AL Gore is not the inventor of the Internet. (sarcasm)

No, it was developed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and was based on the idea by J.C.R. Licklider, of MIT, who first proposed a global network of computers in 1962.

By 1969 they had a good idea where they wanted to go with it, here's what it looked like then...

President Eisenhower's Farewell Address - A warning to America about the Industrial-Military complex and the technocrats.

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.
In this revolution, research has become central, it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.

Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.

The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present – and is gravely to be regarded."

I made a thread titled, 'Autonomous' Combat Drones. These are the types of things Eisenhower warned us about. Killing machines with no pilot, operator, or accountability.

Wikileaks exposed CIA directives to Al-Jazeera News

The far-reaching tentacles of the CIA's Operation Mockingbird are, to this day, responsible for framing and manipulating our perceptions on a scale not easily believed.

Even the once ridiculed 'terrorist news' Al-Jazeera is getting a foothold on American televisions via cable and satellite networks thanks to it's willingness to follow CIA directives on how to present the news.

Wikileaks cables exposed the cozy relationship between the two..

Can the government make entrepreneurs do useless things for no reason?

This video is a specific example of how silly government requirements can stifle the growth of small business and take away one man's economic liberties.

Though it is a specific example, the problem is systematic and widespread. It's happening all around us and only the big business companies can afford to comply with bizarre and useless requirements, and often THEY are given exemptions.

I'd imagine, big companies must love this sort of thing. How better to stifle your competition than to let the government to do it for you?

Rand Paul talks about his detainment by the TSA

Pretty much everybody knows that Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) was detained
recently by the TSA and missed a flight to Washington D.C.

He even tried to cooperate with them by offering to go through the scanner again, but that wasn't good enough, they wanted to lay hands on him.

While the White House and the TSA try to confuse people about whether or not he was actually 'detained', let us be clear: had the Senator, or anyone else for that matter, tried to leave at that point, he would have been threatened with arrest or arrested.

That's the very definition of detainment, he was not free to leave.

He was not just delayed, or held-up at the airport, he was DETAINED for refusing to be groped.

Here's his version of events...

The TSA is a waste of time and money. Dogs will out preform and scaner anyday anywhere!

USS Enterprise, possible false flag?

False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, which are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as if they are being carried out by an enemy.

Basically, it is a way for governments to 'play victim' in order to mask their own aggression.

History is replete with such operations, but it's getting harder and harder for governments to conduct false flag operations because they've run the play over and over again.

People are paying more attention now, and we've seen it before...

Phil Donahue on the foreign policy of a warrior nation

Phil Donahue, an American media personality, writer, and film producer best known as the creator and host of 'The Phil Donahue Show', was interviewed recently and had some very common sense arguments against the next war.

"You can hear the drums in the background," says Phil as we listen to any one of the Presidential candidates on the campaign trail. "You can't use an anti-war platform to get elected, so maybe that explains why it's so easy for us to go to war."

Phil's right, but I certainly hope he's wrong...

Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) explained

Months before websites all over the internet voluntarily went dark in protest of SOPA, the internet censorship bill which was being considered by congress, Obama signed onto the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement.

He did so way back in October of last year using his claimed authority to make 'executive agreements', which basically means he doesn't intend to, or even believe he needs to, get the congress to ratify this TREATY.

Yesterday the European Union signed onto ACTA without any debate.

ACTA has become a reality far worse for internet freedom than either SOPA or PIPA ever even threatened to be.

Here's what you really need to know about ACTA...

India abandons US dollar to purchase Iranian oil

Most oil sales throughout the world are denominated in US dollars, forcing oil importing nations to maintain stockpiles of dollars in order to continue imports.

This, in no small way, has helped the dollar maintain it's status as the premiere global reserve currency.

So insistent was the US in putting sanctions on Iranian oil, India has decided to continue importing oil from Iran, but is going to buy it with gold instead of dollars.

It is very possible that China may soon follow suit, as well as Russia. Russia and China already have agreements to trade with each other using the Russian ruble instead of the dollar.

If the dollar become further marginalized as a petro-currency, what then?

'Free' Libya shamed by new torture claims

I should think that John McCain, who just loved the Libyan rebels last year, might want to stop bragging about the role he and the United States played in the Libyan ouster of Muammar Gaddafi.

Things aren't better over there, they're actually a heck of a lot worse.

Extremism, ethnic cleansing, massive torture facilities and death.

Here is just a glimpse of how bad it has gotten for Libyans...

New Google data policy raising MAJOR privacy concerns

Thanks in no small part to it's cozy relationship with our corrupt and overbearing government, Google has been able to create a virtual monopoly on internet navigation.

Sure, there's Yahoo, Bing, and a slew of others, but if you want results you're going to have to go to Google who is spying on you, collecting your information, creating detailed profiles on you, and selling them.

Google knows that their nearest competitor is a skunk, that's why their new privacy policy is take it or leave. The only way to opt-out is to not use Google.

What ever happened to "Don't be evil"...
