Tamar does, but still.... with the income they do have, their heads should look better than that. Especially Tamar!!

I just don't understand how women who have access to the top notch stylists, have weaves that look like that. That makes no sense at all. Regular chicks have better looking weaves and wigs than that mess. Usually Toni is so beautiful, but that wig is all kinds of messed up.
