Most Black people don't get lighter as they age. They become a deeper brown, especially in the face. She has obviously bleached her skin, or used too much VitC serum on purpose. The rings around her eyes are what she looked like at 18-30. The rest of her face is 2-3 shades lighter and that's not just the camera lights.
