More of these Philadelphia frauds with a Doctor title. I had to deal with this filth in the past, been laying low so they will continue exposing themselves. The DOJ needs to prosecute more of them, they are probably committing some other petty crime. I think Boyce Watkins was implicated in some real estate investment scheme with a convicted felon. Once these weeds are cleared out, people like me can thrive.
