Here is how I would approach it - If I have connects I ask for referrals... if no connects:
the manager should be moms or pops
when they get an offer an average entertainment lawyer will do...
once they are in the parent / manager should network and find a mentor or 2
If I get desperate I would target industry AA or Al-Anon meetings for connects
