Workout heads what you take before lifting

You take all those before workout? Do you mix it all together and take it at once? What's up with the Bentancourt how does that go down? Side effect wise?



Yeah I tried the combo it works. The itchy shit from the beta alinine gets really annoying but that shit works.

I want to try some micronized creatine next. That is suppose to have a greater surface area than regular mono.

Never tried Taurine will look into that.
Google Beta and Taurine combination also. Yeah that Beta increased my sets

I see. Beta Alanine depletes taurine levels in the body. But at what dosage does Beta Alanine affect Taurine levels? I can't see anything on that yet.

For the time I took Beta Alanine I was good. I don't know how low my Taurine levels were but my performance didn't seem any different.

Micronized Creatine is just creatine in much smaller particles.Mixes easier.

creatine has no effect on your preworkout, if you have been taking it, it is already in your system and doesn't matter when you take it. Also most of these pre workouts It is the caffeine that is giving you the boost, all that other shit they try to sell you in the ingredients like beta alinine isn't going to do shit for you. Y'all need to educate yourself and stop wasting your money on supplements, creatine is the only sup that has scientific backing proving it actually increases workout performance
