Is it true because I have had children that I will never have a truely flat stomach? I have been working out and have lost 25 pounds just from walking. But my stomach is not getting flatter....
Real Talk..Will it ever be flat again? Crunches??
I am too lazy to post some new pic's so those will come later...
 
No expert but I know a couple of females that have had children and have flat stomachs so it is possible.
 
Have you changed your eating habits? You probably need to change your diet to include less fats and carbohydrates. Also, to burn fat, you need to get your heart rate up when you exercise. Do you know your target heart rate? Maybe you should use hand weights when you walk, or simply walk/jog faster.
 
Keep walking and start doing more sit ups and crunches. It might take some time but you will eventually get your stomach flat. Might wanna move up to running too.​
 
Good old swingin sit ups. Lie flat on your back, arms straight over your head, sit all the way up and touch your toes. Do 4 sets of as many as u can. Keep doin this until u can do 100 straight! Trust me.......it'll get tighter

Yes you can flatten your stomach. It will take continued exercise, correction structured continued exercise, a change in your eating habits and dedication on your part. Walking alone won't do it for you and exercising at home gets boring. There's nothing thrilling about getting on the floor to do situps.

I would suggest joining a gym where there's exercise equipment for your every need. Many gym's have personal trainers who can help but they do charge for the service. But I must admit I've seen great results. However I've found that most times you can get help from others at the gym if they see your there on a regular bases, they will help you. There is one other benefit to joining a gym, changing your eating, workout habits, in a short period of time you will also notice an increase in strength. We need to talk if you want more info hollar.
 
Being athletic early on in your life would help, this would mean you would have substantial muscle mass in your stomach area and it would be easier to regain your toned stomach. As you probably know, you cannot spot loose weight. In order to have that flat stomach again, you have to loose fat everywhere on your body. Everyone distributes fat on their body different. Men tend to store it around the mid section and women around their lower body. Everyone has muscle in their stomach but fat layers obscure it from view. Child birth will lessen the tone of those muscles. Continue your good job of losing weight and to hit that hard to work lower stomach, try leg lifts. In the sit up position, raise your upper body and point your toes with your legs straight then draw your knees to your chest and then extend them straight, pointing your toes. An advanced variation on this is to do this on the edge of the stairs. Another exercise is to support yourself between two tables as if you were preparing to do a tricep dip, legs dangling off of the floor. Draw your knees upward toward your stomach. The final position should look as if you were sitting in a chair. Advanced is keeping your legs straight, pointing your toes, lifting your legs up. When you are able to do 20 repetitions without rest at a controlled rate, I guarantee that you will have that flat stomach you want!

It can be done.

You're going to need to work up to about 200+. I'm serious. Try to work up to 200 by doing four sets of 50. Make sure you work your obliques too by twisting your torso when you come up. Just keep at it.
 
My ex-bitch did it after she had my daughter. It only took her six weeks. She was 18 though. That might have had a lot to do with it. She did a bunch of crunches. I'm not sure what else she did because I wasn't around that bitch much at the time.

LOL! Hell if it was easy everybody would do it! Trust me....if you do 3 or 4 sets every other day you'll be suprised how tignt and strong your abs will get. When I first started I could barely do any....now I can bang out 2 or 3 hunnit no prob. Master these the move on to the other ab exercises...u on the way

You need to reduce your body fat to the "Athlete" zone which is about 20% or less for females

A girlfriend of mine swears by these two items, the best ones are made of neoprene and can be worn under your clothes anywhere, I use my shorts, while walking, doing housework or at the gym, in the steam room....Good Luck!
