Regional & Hispanic Marketing Coordinator- Houston Texans (Houston, TX)

Title: Regional & Hispanic Marketing Coordinator
Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Director of Advertising and Branding

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from four-year accredited college or university

Skills Required: Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written; working knowledge of various Microsoft Office software programs

Basic Function: The Regional & Hispanic Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of programs that promote the Team and its corporate partners in the Hispanic community. The Regional & Hispanic Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with promotional programs that involve our Hispanic media partners to increase awareness of the Team and to enhance the fan experience. This position will also serve as a liaison to all Hispanic media and will build strong community relationships in the Hispanic community and corporate sponsors.

The Regional & Hispanic Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing regional initiatives throughout the state of Texas. Through grassroots marketing, events, media promotions, etc., it is their job to educate new fans on the game, and create promotional concepts that lead to the sale of tickets and sponsorships.

Job Function (duties and responsibilities):

Serve as a liaison to our Hispanic media partners
Assist and execute programs with corporate partners
Assist with Hispanic partner broadcasts
Coordinate appearances/presence at local Houston Texans Hispanic events
Create Regional and Hispanic outreach programs and grass roots events throughout corresponding markets
Oversee the Hispanic segment of HoustonTexans.com
Build the Texans Hispanic database
Translate collateral materials and spanish translation thereof
Oversee the Texans Hispanic Advisory Board
Serve as a liaison to key constituents and Hispanic organizations
Assist with the coordination of Hispanic and Regional marketing iniitiatives tied to all Texans events
Work with all departments on Hispanic Outreach opportunities (i.e., Gatorade Jr. Training Camps, Texans Foundation programs)
Participate in all community events sponsored by the Texans
Assist with development of Hispanic & Regional marketing plan
Assist with special events and other areas with the Marketing Department
Assist with all LSSE events with a greater emphasis on soccer an Hispanic driven events
Perform additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Advertising and Branding and/or Vice President, Sales and Marketing
