Fan Relations Representative - Los Angeles Clippers (Los Angeles, CA)


Reports to: Fan Development Manager
Responsibilities:

Manages the Clippers Fan Central Kiosk during every Clippers home game. The kiosk is the season ticket holder services center and is staffed by interns from the department.
Responds to fan inquires and requests received by the Fan Relations Department through e-mail, phone and written correspondence.
Logs all benefit information, notes and service issues in season ticket holder accounts. Coordinates any necessary follow-up calls or visits based on that information.
Coordinates season ticket holder game day benefits including Autograph Alley, Honorary Ball Kids and the High Five Kids Program.
Assists with the planning of special events which include the NBA Draft Party, Season Ticket Holder party, Open Scrimmage, Rookie Orientations and Fan Viewing Parties.
Attends off-site community events that provide sales opportunities and exposure for the team.
Supports relocation and renewal process at the conclusion of every season.
Assists ticket office and sales staff with projects that arise throughout the year.

Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Qualifications:

Minimum three years customer service experience
Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving skills
Creative
Ability to multitask
Proficient with Word, Excel
Knowledge of Archtics and TicketMaster preferred
Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
